Been coming here for years, but improvements are needed. Service is way too slow. Acai bowls are decent…. But no way are they worth the 40 min wait I had over the weekend. I really wanted to request a refund and leave but that would have required getting back in a long line. I felt bad for the one girl making them behind the counter. This is not the first time I’ve waited way too long but decided to give them another chance. This establishment needs a better setup, better flow, more employees, better cleanliness, and a better plan overall.

I’m giving 2 stars because the woman who served us was pleasant and the coffee was good. Literally the only good things to say about this shop. We went on a Monday morning at 10am. The restroom was not clean. The paper towel dispenser had napkins in it. The prep counters were dirty with coffee and crumbs and seeds, etc. Used spoons were piled up on a plate on the counter (not a few spoons, like 20) the espresso machine had at least 6 used shot glasses on it. The domes covering the baked goods were so covered with fingerprints they looked like frosted glass. The line was out he door and 1 person was taking making cashing out customer orders while the smoothieacai person did nothing and the baker literally leaned on the counter talking to their friends. Every surface above eye level was encrusted in greasy dust.

A nice space with free wifi. Coffee is around 6/10 in taste, it’s a medium roast, muffins are ok, staff seems like they want to be anywhere else but here. It is centrally located though.

I waited 10 minutes to get my first chai which was just a splash of chai powder with whole milk and it even thought I had to pay extra for oat milk. I had to ask for it to be remade and the second time I got a chai, where all the powder was stuck in the bottom as you can see in the photo and I had to stir it myself after waiting 5 minutes. I then proceeded to wait 12 minutes for an açaí bowl where I saw other people who were behind me get their bowls first. 22$ as well.

This is a wonderful beach community coffee shop. They have a lot of great items: Frittatas, bagels, acai bowls and smoothies, croissants, egg sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, muffins, and all the coffee options you need. The staff is super friendly, and the vibe is really cool. Get there early before you go to the beach. Highly Recommend.

so the blueberries in our smoothie bowl were very moldy as seen in the photo. the service also wasn’t great two of the girls were working hard while the other was on her phone. don’t really like to post negative reviews but this was definitely not the best experience:/

Good Coffee but dirty store, because no on cleans the dining area. Worst Bacon Egg and cheese I have ever had. I could have thrown the sandwich through the window it was so hard. Indifferent counter service with the payment screen defaulted to 15% minimum for tip.

Cool Beans If you haven’t visited it yet crawl out from under the rock you call home and stop by. Everything about this place is great, food is perfect, staff is friendly, professional and courteous and the atmosphere is chill. I love it more each time I visit. I go back there every few years to see if it’s gotten better. It still sucks. Feels like they get away with poor recipes/food because they’re the only cafe near the beach. Just prepare to be dissatisfied.

Busy looking spot, waited forever, ordered breakfast paninis, when I returned to my room to eat them, they were cold, not even slightly melted. Waiting that amount of time, $30, for 2 coffees and Paninis and having them cold, was not good. Queen of cups for the win.
