Came here over the noon hour and the line was out the door. Almost went somewhere else but stuck with it. To my surprise, the line moved very quickly and I was served within a few minutes. Most efficient Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Food tasted good too!

Ordered online and walked back to my hotel to find out it was the completely wrong order. I walk back and tell them this. They ask what’s wrong with it and I tell them that it’s completely wrong. They wanted me to go items by item. Then they get very defensive and some punk cook says let me just go back here like he’s so irritated he’s going to try and do something? What a joke. Don’t embarrass yourself. I have them remake the order correctly and they are defensive the whole time. My order clearly shows what I ordered on paper and what was in the bag was a completely different variation. It’s not my fault you did it wrong. How about being apologetic about the situation that I am having to walk back and forth around Notre Dame just to have a “quick” dinner?

have no clue how the food is (probably overpriced and mediocre, as is the norm for Chiptole), as there wasn’t a single parking space available on either side of the street!! so don’t come here for your lunch break, or if you just want a quick meal to grab and go. unless you want to pay $20 in the parking garage for a 5 minute burrito, on top of the $20+ you’ll spend at Chipotle for a tiny burrito/bowl

They close at 11pm. So I got there at 10:30pm only for them to tell me they only do online orders after 10:30. They basically said I can order online instead. In the time we had that short conversation they could’ve completed my order. But no, they are open until 11 but are closed at the same time. Now I take my business elsewhere. Literally anywhere but this place.

Wouldn’t let me buy guac … said it was “online only.” LOL. And that’s just one of the Chipotle policies they break. The workers are always very nice here, and it’s not their fault, but I will be complaining to corporate about the repeated issues regarding the management here.

What a bunch of clowns. Posted that it closes at 11pm and they locked the doors prior to 10:28pm… and just stared at multiple people trying to open the door. Some were trying to grab online orders they had placed. Nothing shy of dbag material.
