Ordered a 5 pc chicken tenders meal. The chicken was burnt and dried out, didn’t receive the fries. But also ordered a 3pc meal same thing with the chicken and only received 9 fries! Called the number on the receipt and it had been disconnected. Called corporate and put in a complaint. The person said that someone would contact me…. didn’t happen! This place was shut down for a while…never should have reopened. Horrible!!!!!!!

It’s appalling to know that people are ok with serving undercooked food, as if they don’t care about their own selves surely don’t care about the next person, the work ethic is poor clearly of the person who cooked this food and by the looks of the reviews they have been doing this for months and the phone has been disconnected for months it’s sad they are open still and allowing them to take peoples hard earned money just to receive food they can’t eat. I had my order door-dashed because I can’t leave my employment to get food and to see this and know I couldn’t do nothing about it right away was so frustrating please do yourself a favor and do not go to this place!

Ordered by the drive thru was told to park out front to wait 5 mins for chicken tenders. Been here for 30+ minutes. There is no movement in the building. Tried to go inside to ask what the hold up is, but for some reason the front doors are locked. They don’t even let you go inside. Do not come here. Even if they have good food, you will never get it to find out. Save your time and aggravation.

Okay so I’ve been to this location 3 times now. Once in October 2022, Everything was hot, fresh, and seasoned. The customer service was nice too. 5 stars for 1st visit. January 2023, the inside is closed to the public and the drive thru line was long and slow. Person at the speaker was impatient and had an attitude. The whole car heard what I ordered but my order was wrong when I checked it before pulling off. The woman told me that I did not ask for what I asked for even though my car group assured her I did. I even asked if we could order it right there, pay and wait. She told me NO because there was a long line behind me. The food was good but not worth the hassle. 3rd and FINAL time going to this location, yesterday (May 2023). The entire store needs remodeled inside and out. Still closed to the public. Doors were locked AND DIRTY. The drive thru speaker menu was bent like it’s been hit by cars several times. Glass cracked. Menu display pages missing. Had to ask speaker server what was and wasn’t available since they only had a 3rd of the menu showing. I distinctly stated I had 2 separate orders, got to the window and they put the orders together and wouldn’t separate it. Both workers rude. The one who accepted payment and the one who handed us the food. Just opened the window and handed the food. No words at all. Food was gross. No flavor, very bland, barely any color and seemed old and not fresh like gas station chicken. No lie, I actually THREW UP THE FOOD later that evening! I really don’t want Churches ever at this point but if I do, I definitely won’t be going to this location. I don’t care how hungry you are! Go somewhere else.

When I did the drive-through, I did not receive my chicken. I received everything else in my order. When I went back to try to call, phone number was not in service. Then drove back to the store and was told that I was lying they had put my chicken in the box and I should’ve brought the box back with me so that they would see that there was no chicken in it. I then said I just need to feed my husband who is ill and he has started eating. I wasn’t going to take the food away from him. If you aren’t going to give me my five pieces, then just charge me for another set which they promptly did . Agree. With other review, chicken was cold dry it out they get a 2 because the biscuits were good.

Honey butter biscuits were fresh, hot and yummy. I haven’t had churches chicken in years. It was a lot less greasy than before which is good. However it was kind of cold. Waited in drive thru 25 minutes for biscuits and chicken. I was late to my appointment. My iced tea was hot and they didn’t give me the requested cup of ice. Then forgot to give me a straw.

waited for 35 mins and went to drive through and shown my mobile order told me to pull up at front door and waited for 30mins more and then I went and stood at door for more than 10mins one guy came to asked what i told my mobile they told me to pull front door no one and then again I waited for 20mins at-last I got my order but I asked him its not my complete order he shouted aggressively that’s your order and then I check I haven’t received my complete order I went back with Uncompleted order to my home the worst experience I ever had in my life very disappointed

Sat in the Drive-Thru at the speaker for 15 minutes was not even acknowledge that I was there then it was can I get your order. Then I sat at the window for an additional 20 minutes I ordered a 2-piece with white meat and I got a three-piece with dark meat because I didn’t have any white meat for that order one would think that the sales of that store have to be horrible if it takes 25 to 30 minutes to get one car through the drive-thru passport service no personality on the speaker no suggestive selling someone definitely needs to teach them how to run a drive-thru.

The overall experience hampered by the amount of time waiting 10min before I could order, then another 10 waiting on food all this was in the drive thur. Now the wait time did give me hot sides, fried okra, dirty rice, mash and gravy. The new smokehouse chicken was awesome just spicy enough and the hint of sweet burboun sauce to cool the flames. But the sadest part the fried chicken was cold. The oddest thing the server at the window offered an extra piece of chicken if I tipped him. But since I only had a credit card he instead kept a piece of chicken from my order since I couldn’t tip him. (I received and 2 piece instead of the 3 piece i ordered) This review was saved by the smokehouse chicken… incorrect order long wait times cold fried chicken get better church’s…

Everything is always on point chicken is always crispy never soggy and the biscuits are not dry or hard. Absolutely great food for the money and fast and friendly service
