If I could leave 0 stars I would. I dash in the area and around 5ish I came to pick up an order. The employees showed no concern let alone any customer service skills. It was young men sitting around and barely acknowledging me. They just sat goofing off, very rude. I waited over half an hour for 2 sandwiches from a tall young man with braids and a beanie. The shake was half warm. The place reeked of substance. Highly inappropriate and unprofessional environment. Not to mention the lack of cleanliness. Will not be dining here.

service SUCKS, every time i order online &&’ ask for POTBELLY VINAIGRETTE they NEVER put it in the bag. i tried calling like 10 times because there is another order coming to my job to have them send it to me with that order &&’ they have NOT answered either. also my sandwich was VERY dry , no EXTRA oil, NO seasoning or extra aioli sauce in my sandwich.

I should have walked out as soon as I saw how dirty this place was. First thing I noticed was garbage all over the floor and quite a few flies. We walked up to look at the menu and the the rude kid asked what we wanted. I said just a minute, my wife is looking at the menu. About 15 seconds goes by and he asks again, what do you want? I explained again that my wife was looking at the menu and added in that she had forgot her glasses at home so she was having a difficult time reading. At this point you would think he would over a menu for her to read but you’d be wrong. Instead he waited another couple of seconds and impatiently asked again what we wanted. My wife seeing that I was getting annoyed just ordered the first thing she could read to avoid me getting upset with this kid. Once we got our food from the other rude kid Jayson we had the easiest time picking where to eat. It was so easy because only one table was somewhat clean. As we ate our less then good food we were attacked by flies constantly swating at them while we protected our food. Once I got my credit card bill I noticed that Jayson charged me twice! I called the manager who did refund my money and as long as I was talking to him, explained all that went wrong that day. He apologized but didn’t really seem to care, no surprise. If you want potbellys, go somewhere else. As a reply to the owner, don’t worry I did.

The food was good. The staff were great. I was there with my 6 year old and he can be goofy sometimes. When he asked for a bag because he couldn’t finish his meal the bag slipped from the guys hand and my son thought the bag floating though the air was so funny he wanted to see if again. The guy tried a couple more times but it wasn’t as “awesome” as the first time. I would go here again if I’m in the area.
