Listen… This is some of the best food I’ve ever had, and the place just radiates good feelings. It was already busy when we got in five minutes after open, and it’s easy to see why. The owners are so nice and genuine, it’s clean and charming. No one was waiting for their food long, even with the crowd. Give this place a try if you haven’t yet.

Lilly and her family are such kind people and run the restaurant themselves each day. I’ve eaten here and enjoyed their fresh gyros since I was five years old and will continue to as long as I can.

The best gyro you will find in the area!! The fries are also great. Nice and crispy. To top it off Lilly is the sweetest human ever. You could easily drive past this place, but you would be missing out on greatness.

First off- I love Lily! It’s a pleasure to be greeted with such love and a warm smile! There were people waiting upon opening (always a good sign!). I bought 3 ‘super sized’ gyros and brought them home for the family. Everybody enjoyed their meals! Highly recommend!!!

Yum! I still love Lily’s – the lunch plate included a generous serving of a delicious gyro and piping hot fries. As always the service was friendly, Lily saw that I was using a cane and kindly brought my order to me. Photo doesn’t do justice to my delicious gyro!

5 years ago this was THE place to get a gyro in a 100 mile radius.

Whenever I visit my cousin in illinois, I always try to stop at Lily’s Gyros. This time however, I was on my way with my husband to visit my cousin, and we stopped for lunch, where he raved about the Chicago dog and I sincerely enjoyed my Greek salad. We also took three Gyros to share with my cousin for dinner. And the Baklava was absolutely perfect! All in all, our bill was around $45, and so worth every penny! The owners could not be friendlier, and seemed humbled and grateful for my compliments. I hope they’re around for many, MANY more years to come!

I haven’t been here for a good 5 years and it was still great. I got 2 Gyro platters for my daughter and I. They come with a pita and sliced tomatoes and onions. There are a good amount of fries too. Each platter comes with 2 sides of the white sauce as well. I got an extra pita for each of us because there’s plenty of meat for two pitas. I also ordered a side of onion rings and stuffed cabbage.
