This evening, I ordered $50 worth of pizza and sides. The app showed that it was delivered to my apartment. However, we received no food. I contacted the office on NC 42 and spoke with the manager. He placed me on hold and said the driver said they left it at my door. I explained to him that we did not receive any of our orders. I even had my family go looking for the items at the buildings in the apartment complex. The manager’s comment was that it was probably stolen and didn’t know what to tell me. When I began to challenge him on this, he hung up on me. I called back and had to demand a refund, or I would come to the store. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. LET THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

The previous delivery order we had took over an hour so they gave us a coupon for a free medium pizza. Great! When I tried to use the coupon there’s a $13 minimum for delivery, the code can’t be used for pickup, and can’t combine other coupons. So I have to pay regular price for a pizza (about $15) in order to get the free pizza, but then I would spend less if I just use the regular $6.99 each coupon. The coupon they gave me was worthless.

Terrible service. I called to order pizza and was put on hold for 13 min straight. I hung up and called again and they immediately answered to take my order, I asked about a coupon and the girl said that she would go ask her boss but hung up on me instead. I have also ordered multiple pizzas from here previously that were either cold, or had almost no sauce on them. I do not recommend this establishment.

If you are in the market for horrible customer service, going hungry, getting hung up on and then getting your call with the manager ended with “have the day you deserve”after they do literally nothing to help you and pretty much tell you have to go hungry look no further!

This place is never delivering. Pizza is always cold and nasty. Covered in garlic although requested for there to be no garlic on the crust. Ask for extra cheese and get extra sauce instead. Overall just bad customer service. Pizza Hut is better. I’ll gladly go pick up their pizza instead of ordering here and having my order cancelled twice because they’re understaffed. Join the club.

Every time Juan makes the food it’s absolutely gross. We order a pizza with extra and sometimes *double* cheese and he totally ignores it. Overcooks and burns the pizza every single time. There’s barely anything other than burnt dough. Disgusting and a waste of money
