Ordered a small pizza for delivery. When the pizza came to my house it was cold, dried out and there was only 4 slices. . I tried to tell the driver but he did not speak English. I called the restaurant and they were not very accommodating. They didn’t even try to help us in any way. Very disappointed and will never order from Bari Pizza again and I will tell all my friends not to go there. I see I’m not the only review that is negative, they don’t know any customer service.

Very disappointed in this business. I have been coming here since I was 12, and it’s clear that this company does not hold the same level of quality and customer service as it once did. I had an issue and was told the owners were out he country and that they don’t care to call me back. I had an issue with a pizza and it’s clear they’re now the type of company who doesn’t allow their patrons to complain. I refuse to support this kind of behavior and service. I still wasn’t even offered a refund of remake of my pizza. The lady chose to call me a liar instead. DISGUSTING.

I have been a loyal customer from Bari’s pizza since I moved to the area in 2015. For a while, the food was good and the service too. It is unfortunate that I have to write this negative review because their service have been progressively getting worse. Multiple times they have forgotten to add simple things that come with the meal like blue cheese for the wings or they they would send salad dressing instead. The Alfredo sauce is being watered down too much and they take the liberty to replace items without notification and that is unacceptable. They will not issue a credit or refund for items that they took the liberty to replace. Bad customer service!
