This store is absolutely terrible now. It takes well over an hour for any delivery and the food consistently arrives cold after being in a car for who knows how long. And they rarely pick up the phone so it’s impossible to get updates. The app stays stuck on “quality check” for 60+ minutes. Awful.

This is the absolute worst Domino’s location I’ve ever ordered from. Multiple orders either completely wrong or they’re really stingy with their toppings. This most recent order I ordered two well done pizzas that arrived undercooked and still doughy, not edible unless actually put into an oven. The “perfection check” step that always takes 10 minutes obviously isn’t being done or the employees just don’t care. These employees obviously don’t value their community very much and it shows in the quality (or lack thereof) their food. This has had a damaging impact on how I view Domino’s as a whole and I will certainly never be ordering from this location again.

My pizza came two hours after I ordered it; it was cold and was not prepared the way I ordered it. HOWEVER, my sweet delivery boy Noah redeemed my experience a little bit. He was very apologetic and he was a pleasure to interact with. I just think this location is not well managed.

I gave this location a couple of chances despite the reviews, but unfortunately, this is just not currently a very well run store. Each time, there was an issue with either the delivery or the order itself. They did offer me a coupon for the issues, but they only give you 7 days to utilize the coupon. If you decide to give this location a chance, just go into it with low expectations, and it will be a better experience for you.

This has been the worst service for Dominos I’ve ever had. I ordered only 2 items on the menu for delivery to an address maybe 2 miles up the road and it took them an hour and a half just to put the items in the oven. When I tried to call to find out where the food I ordered was the store couldn’t be bothered to answer their phone or their reps for phone orders transferred me to a hold status again or hung up on me. Don’t waste your money ordering from this store. Their customer service was absolute trash.

super disappointed with this location. twice now i have placed an order and it’s been canceled 30 minutes later. i understand things happen but if you’re going to cancel an order don’t wait 30 minutes to do so. i’ll be using the location on 28th street from now on, and i highly recommend that store, super fast and reliable every time.

10/10 would and will recommend. The employees are always so kind and have my pizza freshly made every time I go in to pick up my order! I usually see the same few workers and they are very respectful and wish me a good day/night when I leave. They’ve also never made any mistakes! Working in the restaurant business myself, these people working are amazing and it’s hard to find workers who are always kind and friendly.
