Easily could’ve been 5 stars, big wafflehouse fan. Food is great, service is premium, clean restaurant. The “salesperson” or whatever their job is supposed to be, Theo, is extremely unsettling. Stands in the middle of the restaurant doing nothing but staring at customers. Barely says a word and stands awkwardly close to customers in the waiting room. The cooks looked in good spirit, out waitress was perfect, but Theo seemed like they brought their personal problems into work today; they don’t know how to communicate with positive etiquette. Saying “ welcome to wafflehouse “ isn’t a job or customer service. Made the environment a bit weird but I won’t let that define the restaurant. Overall great experience still, would’ve been perfect without Theo.

So I got time today. Nice pleasant atmosphere. All was pleasant good time being had. Myself and a friend ordered the All-Star Specials. Waffles came out …then eggs, grits, toast a warm up for the coffee and we began to eat. Food was Good… service good…bill comes. Oops we didn’t get our breakfast meats (sausage/bacon). I bring it to the waitress attention “Hi everything was great food was good, got caught up in conversation and we overlooked that we never received our sausage/bacon could this just be deducted from the bill? I see it’s $5 could we just get that deducted. Waitress apologizes and takes the ticket to the supervisor. Waitress brings the ticket back I take a look at it and the charges have been itemized causing me to have to pay a $1 more than my original meal ordered. I said to the supervisor ma’am how are you going to force me into itemizing when the original order was 2 All-Star Breakfast. Just deduct the $5 per the era made? Well I have to do it like this she says …No my original order was this: 2 All-Star Breakfast and your trying to make me pay a itemized bill if I wanted to order it that way I would have done as such.

Came here late at night. It was only two people working the store an employee and a manager (which was in the office at the time while the employee ran the entire front of the store alone). I ordered two Allstar specials, asked for my eggs scrambled with cheese and no toppings on my hash brown. I didn’t check my order before leaving which was my first mistake. Neither of the orders had cheese on the eggs nor scrambled and one order came with cheese on the hash brown. The order was missing an entire waffle and the waffle we did have was half cooked and doughy and we had to remove the uncooked parts from the waffle. 0/10 would not recommend. If I have to pay extra for cheese and things I expect to receive it. Paid $24.50 and the order was not at all what I asked for.

I went into this waffle house and was greeted by the front door lady, who I informed I was just wanting to place a to go order. She told me that Togo orders are placed at the register and someone would be with me shortly. When the lady dressed in black, with blonde hair, not sure if she’s a manager got to me she rudely told me that they aren’t taking takeout at the time, and after I asked when she rudely again rudely responded to me. Usually the service of wafflehouse is exemplary. But not today.

Didn’t get to eat there as the cook walked off and they closed the resturant turning people away. I have eaten there multiple times and always has been good so I will give them a do over but that was a first.

Slowest Waffle House ever no one seems to be excited to be here once I arrived I was the only customer here besides a couple almost done eating.. it took 15+minutes to start on the order bc the cooks were in the back, additionally the young lady taking orders is extremely slow , tables still dirty from former customers, bags of sugar open on the counter the wood counters to prepare it food is dirty open bags of grits on counter , restaurant just DIRTY without reason I’m the only customer beside one couple leaving…I love Waffle House but I don’t see myself revisiting this location. Please hire better help, and keep the restaurant cleaner the experience that a customer have while entering a restaurant determines if a customer will be a continuous customer .. Today was an awful experience for me!!!!
