Ordered Cob Zalad. Missing cucumbers, only 2.5 slices of tomatoes, half an egg, and half the amount of lettuce. Did get the stalk though. I normally will drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to the other Zaxby’s in the area, because this one has been terrible for years, but this one is less than a mile from work. Will not visit again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. On 8/2/23 I came in around noon and ordered a southwest chicken salad. The lady taking my order, Maria, was very rude and short and acted like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. I ignored it, but it was highly unprofessional and being a loyal customer to Zaxbys for many years with nothing but good experiences, I was very upset. I can assure you I wont be returning to this location ever. For what it’s worth the food was delicious! 5/5 stars for taste 0/5 stars for Maria.

UPDATE :Me and my friend recently ate here food was costly but good.Service was great. A lady named Melissa was cleaning very good and still came and spoke and asked if we need anything.ATTENTIVE AND POLITE…!!! ADD ON LAST WEEK WE CAME BACK …&…The same aforementioned lady Melisa greeted us with a big smile at the register and politely and thoroughly took our order I told her about the fries last time being not quite as hot, she yelled back and said need hot fries.We talked for a second and she said she was BLESSED to have this job and loves working here that says ALOT!!..FOR ZAXBY’S It’s hard to find people to work much less like it!! Ordered online and received cold soggy food I wasn’t but about 16 minutes arriving after the app told me eta was 11 minutes – the team there did remake my order so thanks. The original cold food sat on the front counter instead of the pick up rack. I had to wait in the ordering line to get to my order. I asked for spicy zax sauce and honey mustard and received regular zax sauce and ranch. This happens all the time. They barely read my receipt about my full order beyond looking at just big zax snack and wings plate. I asked for their famous sweet tea and got home and the tea is unsweet. Very disappointed. The cashier kept leaving the register and going to the back as I had to keep getting her attention. I asked for the manager while I was there and she rolled her eyes through the window after the cashier asked for her to come to the front. I’m sure the cashier was new and kind of frazzled at the time because there were a good 5 people waiting a long time for their food. I get it. Friday night in Lexington.

We were greeted by a lady named who came quickly and greeted us with Southern Hospitality Melisa who also, engaged in great conversation while it was a slow time in the day.She made sure to keep checking on food and make sure it was hot.Also,made us feel like GUESTS not a number.After,me & my friend sat down she was wiping something off and stocking.I said you must like it here she said I LOVE it.That says alot for ZAXBY’S !!That employees enjoy working there, more companies should have employees like this.Definately will be BACK.

I’ve visited this location about two weeks ago and the young lady working the widow was very rude and had no customer service manners nor the manager. I’m new to working in the area so I figured I’d give them another shot and well today yet another rude employee who seems to be upset they have to work today! Not only that I got the loaded fries?!? Where’s the topping?!? Barley any cheese no bacon. I also ordered extra fries with my 6 piece chicken tender meal and didn’t even get that. Definitely won’t return here!

Absolutely worst employees of any location. Every time. Completely either ignore or blatantly disrespect customers. Not sure if anyone actually works here. Orders take 20+ minutes from time they finally take them. Then sit until you flag down multiple people, then they’re STILL WRONG. No management or supervision on site. Heavy set blonde is too lazy to even get out of a chair, much less hand another customer (whose order was wrong) the dip she requested. Just threw it on the counter and turned away. Wow. Zaxby’s has NOTHING I want badly enough to deal with that. Everyone is in slow motion, from cooks to counter. Do y’all give them a shot of thorazine when they clock in??? I’m quite sure 4 stars are only because most people don’t leave reviews. If that were the case, it would be -5.
