Most of the staff are very rude, especially the girl who prepares the orders. They don’t know how to serve professionally. They served many recent orders before my order and left me waiting for a long time while my newborn baby was crying. When I talked to them, they said you have two choices, you either get your money back or you wait longer. How about the wasted time waiting for your stupid service?! I would never comeback to this branch again.

The cashier was nice and I had no other issue not even with the food. But when our food was given to us, btw we ordered 2 while meals with large drink and sides each, we were Given one individual pack of ranch and another individual pack of honey mustard. When u returned to the window to get more the employee (woman black hair, chubby, looked Indian but spoke Spanish) said ,in a sparky way, I put 3 packs in your bag, I said there was only 2 and request for 1 more of each sauce she said it was 25 cents each, I was like you gave us two whole meals and only provided 2 packs of sauce. She then went to ask her manager if she could give me 2 more packs of sauces, then came vack and gave me only 1 pack of ranch, when I asked for the honey mustard she tried to snatch the ranch back, like are these sauces commissioned, cause her check must be the fatest one there. The cashier was super cool tho.

I was just at this Popeyes and I was waiting for them to open up and they were late opening up. They are out of ghost pepper wings, no signs saying anything. How are you out of these wings and they are a limited time items. This is complete garbage!!!

I asked for a water cup and they gave me a small cup that they used for sides. After I politely asked the manager for a regular cup for water she was very rude. I immediately asked for a refund and would not spend any money at this establishment again.

Food is good. But there is always a wait to cook something. Not matter what you order. 3-4 orders after you are filled. But its always, we’re waiting on ot to cook. Heaven forbid they have chicken already cooked.

At 6:10pm the mobile app with the offers did not let me place an order as it said the restaurant was closed. In speaking with the cashier in person they did not understand that I wanted the deal in the mobile app. They got what appeared to be a manager involved and they understood but said that online orders are closed even thought the restaurant doesn’t close for another 50 minutes. They were unable to match the offer in the app. I would have expected them to be able to make an override and still honor the offer.

This is literally the worst Popeyes location I’ve ever been to. The register employee failed to understand what a “dinner” option is for the chicken sandwich which is exactly how it’s displayed on their app and I explained it to her multiple times as well, which resulted in me receiving the wrong order. The register employee also didn’t understand how to scan in my QR code for my app rewards. The worst thing is, when I asked them for a water cup, they proceeded to tell me “We don’t have any water cup” so I couldn’t even drink water with my meal. Services is atrocious at this location.

This place is pretty inconsistent most of the time. Sometimes the food is fresh, other times it’s overcooked and dry. Sometimes they provide high quality service, other times the employees are rude. Wait time also varies drastically.
