We strayed away from our usual Best Pho House to try it here. I have heard great things so I was looking forward to it. Menu prices were kinda high. We ordered 3 kids meals which does not include their drink. We got the chicken bento box which included soup or salad, fried rice, pot stickers, spring roll and California roll. It was supposed to be 2 each of the pot stickers and spring rolls, it was only 1 spring roll and 3 pot stickers. The sushi did not taste fresh. The portion sizes were extremely small. We also got Szechuan beef with veggies and fried rice. There was a lot of onions and carrots but barley any mushrooms and peppers. It was not spicy at all, my 1 year old was eating it. Overall, the food wasn’t that great. It was very plain and we left still hungry. There is also a service fee for using a debit card which I didn’t see posted anywhere.

Been coming here 6 years, ever since moving in down the street. The dining room is thoughtful and classy. The service staff are very welcoming and professional. Best egg drop soup I’ve ever had and the Black Pepper Chicken is the fire. Rice Box does not disappoint.

We really enjoyed our chicken teriyaki bento boxes, and the orange yum yum sauce was so tasty! Youmei and Emma were so kind and they took great care of us! They recently started serving beer, so you can enjoy a beer with your meal or opt for a Japanese soda or Boba tea.

Easily one of the top 5 Chinese food restaurants in town. “The House Soup” is basically the cure to the common cold with chicken broth, 3 types of meat, vegetables and two packets of noodles. It might not stop your wife from saying you have a “man cold” but it’s better than the hug your father never gave you as a kid. Also their dumplings both fried and steamed are amazing.

We’ve tried this place twice now, and the service is SUPER slow. Takes over 20 minutes to get appetizers. And almost an hour for the meal.

We have only had take out. Always add 20 minutes to the time they say your meal would be ready, but the young lady that works the counter is so nice and apologetic. She tries. She explained they are short staffed, and at the times we tried them had ONE sushi maker. This is the only Asian restaurant this side of the river remotely close to those in the Furnace, Cunningham, and Southside, they get business. Knowing that you need to add time before picking up will help you not get frustrated. Recently I heard they reopened their dine in area, and I am not sure if they have added a sushi chef or 2. I really hope they do.

I am not one to give a negative review unless it is absolutely warranted. This is the worst experience we have had yet here in Clarksville. We arrived at 7:20 ordered by 7:45. 8:30 comes around we still do not have our food. Low and behold the chef is sitting at one of the tables taking a break, our food still not cooked. We asked for our bill (appetizers) and as I was walking away from the table, they brought our food out in to go containers. I stopped at the front to pay and they were still charging me full price. Now, I don’t expect it to be free, but for the issues, I definitely expect something to be compensated. The woman at the front proceeded to argue with me, had a terrible attitude and told me my dining experience didn’t matter because it was after 8…. We arrived well before that. So, all this to say, terrible, terrible experience. I’m bummed too because we thought it was going to be good. We did not take the food with us as I was not going to pay for that.

Never again. The absolute worst orange chicken I have ever tasted. Was looking for a decent Chinese restaurant, and this was not it. Spent 100$ (not including tip) for orange chicken that was so hard and nasty I will NEVER return. The noodles were extremely soggy also. The only thing that was decent was the fried rice – well, I think it was decent as my 6 yr old didn’t complain about it – tho he did complain about the chicken. He couldn’t even chew it, bc it was so hard.
