Called to place an order on Thursday 6/15/23. I was placed on hold for ten minutes and somebody picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called back placed an order for pickup. I asked for a half chicken sandwich along with two rib sandwiches. The lady asked, ma’am do you want a whole chicken? I said no the half chicken sandwich ,she says ma’am we don’t have a half chicken. I stated we just purchased one on Saturday. She said ma’am we don’t have that. When l got there to pick up my order there is a half chicken sandwich on the menu. The ribs were very tough and the chicken was cut up in small pieces. Very unsatisfied with the customer service and the food for the amount of money spent.

I ordered a rib dinner with Mac and cheese and baked beans with an additionallargemac and cheese. The beans were heavily salted ( i was not able to eat them), the Mac and cheese was dry and very garlicky. My ribs were burned and not edible. There was chicken i didnt order nor do i eat mixed in my plate

Been coming to this place for years however things have changed I’ve slacked on leaving comment but due to pricing I must This was not the 1st time the ribs were very chewy not tender greens were tough as well the Mac was a bit distasteful not sure what’s going on but consistency has changed consistency is everything must start back caring about the food for the price of it 5/2023 & 7/2023 I might try again I just don’t want to waste my time & money again and be hungry!!!

There’s Dead Files All in The Windows .. The Cook Was Sitting down Where the dead files were he was definitely killing them with His Hands.. I stay 45 mins away from This Place I just arrived home the food takes like leftovers the sides are very nasty.. if you don’t want to serve the quality food please close down I’m feeling sick after I just only taste the food I’m going to the hospital.. please get someone Better!

Rib tips tasted like fresh pork, but very very tough. Disappointed. I gave the food/side to my kids they didn’t like either. They threw it all away. I wanted to like. I enjoy good ribs/rib tips.

I travel a lot and love to try out whatever areas locals rave about. This place absolutely lives up to it’s reputation! They have the best ribs I’ve ever had. They come right off the bone and the sauce they pair it with is amazing! The portions are gigantic so you’ll definitely be taking home delicious leftovers. The owner is incredibly nice and down to earth and you can really tell he cares about his food. Whenever I’m in town I’ll definitely be visiting this place!
