Still had $6 Shrimp tackle box sign in front window. Went to drive through speaker they said that promotion ended that day. Asked if they could give me the deal since it was still in the window. Said they just that minute they got news of the deal was going away. Left and saw the girl pull the the sign down as I was leaving. They could have just said they screwed up by forgetting to pull the sign down, but no they had to lie about it because they didn’t want to feel at fault. Very dismissive staff. Never going to this location again.

Ordered their new sweet n spicy wings. They said 8 to 10 min wait that turned into almost 30 mins. I had to go in to get my food because they forgot about us. Then when I went in he said they just came out. He packed the food in the smallest bag. Got in the car and noticed my biscuit missing. Went back inside and told him and he never looked at my order to confirm anything just told me one doesn’t come with my order. I ordered a strawberry Biscuit. He turned around grabbed the biscuit and handed it to me. No apology or anything. He just turned and walked away. I don’t understand why good customer service is so hard and they weren’t busy at all! I dislike this location and will be taking the drive to Oswego.

I wanted to leave a review to let people know that Reina (who I see here during lunch hour) is fantastic! Most Popeyes restaurants I go to usually have so-so to mediocre service. Not with Reina! She is attentive, efficient and pleasant to deal with! From the moment you walk in, to the moment you are ready to walk out with your order. It is super noticeable, specially in a time where most Fast Food Restaurants do not give you this Friendly and quality of genuine good service. Thank you Reina and keep it up!

I have given this location six opportunities to serve me a good meal and they have failed every time! The chicken is dried out and should have been thrown out hours earlier. I’m done with Popeyes, they serve a garbage meal and have no supervision stopping a poor product from being served. Tried to call to talk to a manager and nobody answered the phone. I’m done!!

My friend and I had the pleasure of enjoying some cold chicken breasts and soggy fries, paired with bad customer service and an extremely long wait time for our food. On top of all of this we were the only people in the entire restaurant. Which makes the wait even more outrageous! Probably because locals know not to come here for good service. NEVER come here unless you want poorly made food and a total disregard for your contribution as a customer!!!!

Ran out of chicken tenders before 9pm when they close at 11pm. How do you run out of chicken tenders, make it make sense. You have a whole walk in freezer, you guys should trying stocking it in anticipation for selling chicken all day. Smh, this isn’t the first time this has happened. Don’t even get me started on trying to order blackened tenders from this place.

Not only is this restaurant a bunch of thieves. They also take their phone off the hook. Shortly after I got home and was missing 2 sandwiches and couldn’t call the store I called corporate. Needless to say they couldn’t help me! All I wanted was the 2 sandwiches I paid for so my family could have dinner and I would of went back to pick them up.
