I enjoy coming here, however I had a recent experience in which I put in an order ahead of time and 5 employees were huddled around someone’s phone and no one was making our order. Not a fan of that. Overall this location is fine, but being on phones instead of helping customers is not good business.

Ordered some cheesy bean and rice burritos with no jalapeno sauce. They still had jalapeno sauce and we’re spicy AF. And we got some crunchy tacos and we wanted no lettuce, still got lettuce. Proceeded to take the lettuce off my taco just to come to the realization that there was barely any meat on the taco. It was a ridiculous amount of meat. Don’t usually have problems with this Taco Bell but it was very disappointed this time.

I use to frequent this Taco Bell, now it has become horrible. I have gotten sick the last 3 visits. Last week I sat trapped in the drive through for over 50 minutes, l spoke to the manager and he had no reason, he even stated the inside was closed, really! This was 6:45 pm. Also When I got to the drive through window, you could see 5 people standing around, absolutely ridiculous. I am Done With Taco Bell… Don’t go to this Location…

We came there party of 7 at 0230. Gabby said to hold. We waited for 15 minutes then finally drove to the window. When we got there at 0243 she said “ nope we are not taking anymore orders” and she continued to be rude and her and the other lady continued to clean up. This was horrible service and I can’t believe she took the people in front of us but made us wait so long and then turned us away when we knew y’all didn’t close.

Ordered bean and rice burritoes..Rice was partially cooked (still crunchy) and portions were slim..Fries were cold and soggy and didn’t receive Chipotle sauce..Happened 2 out of 3 times..Ill drive the extra 4 miles to another location..Friendly staff, just wrong food consistency..

The customer service is terrible they are very rude and treat the guest like a problem not sure what’s happened to this location in the last year but it’s horrible they are always out of beans at 8 pm one time I ordered a drink she didn’t ring it in so when I asked for my fleeing she said oh I didn’t hear that you ordered a drink but you can go back and order it again I said ma’am the line is so long I’ve been waiting in line for not over 40 minutes I would just like my drink she said sorry you will have to get back in love the shut the windows like I didn’t exist this is crazy to treat people this way

The people were rude in the drive thru. I had to ask for sauce and they gave me to little packets and when I asked for more the drive-through person thought it’d be cute to hand me two handfuls of sauces and I thought that was a little over-the-top. I have to check my order every time…bc it is always wrong. Weirdly enough this order was right.
