Found this place online and figured I’d try it since I was in the Windcrest area and I’m so glad I chose this spot! Got the birria tacos and they were fresh and so gooood. Service was good and friendly staff! Definitely recommend coming here next time you want some tacos.

We were in the area Friday and had to check this out. The birria tacos caught our eye and did not disappoint! It was our 1st time trying them and they were amazing. We also ordered the street corn and nachos with brisket. I was kicking myself for not ordering more at first, but there was plenty of food for the two of us. Everything was good (flavors worked together so well) and we’re considering getting some more before we leave. We ordered to go, but there was some seating if you wanted to dine in.

Fusion Street Tacos has decent food and is quick. My wife and I stopped in and ordered their brisket nachos, street taco combo (5 carnitas mini tacos) and the mini shrimp tacos (5). I was disappointed to see the place didnt offer unsweet tea. I also would have liked more flexibility to mix and match tacos on the combos. They have an al la carte but its limited and doesn’t include the shrimp and fish tacos. The brisket nachos were very good. The carnita tacos were over salted, and the fish tacos good.

This place is tiny, I wasn’t sure I had the right place. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I got the fish tacos and was very pleased, this is a new favorite for sure!
