I usually call in orders for pickup. The employees are always courteous. Meals are generally ready within a few minutes of arriving. The catfish nuggets are my favorite. Say yes to the seasoning.

While we love yalls food there is only 2 nice cashiers at this establishment everyone else is rude. I also find the fact that we saw mold on the cheesecake very disgusting and honestly lazy on the part of your employees. Not to mention yall always seem to close at least 30 mins early. I also have a picture of the molded cheesecake I’m just not sure how to post it.

Went to JJ’s at 9:26p and the girl behind the counter said, “I’m closed.” The website and door both have the hours of 10a-10p. Evidently, the employee can’t tell time. Sorry Mister JJ, you lost a good $75-100 order because of her.

I bought 4 pc fish and 10 wings with fries and drink and the chicken wings looked like they were cooked in old grease and hard. And the fries were greasy and I called to let the manager know and left my number and I have called several times, it’s been 2 days and I still haven’t heard from the manager or supervisor..

DISGUSTING.!!!!!! FISH. SHRIMP. FRIES. CHEESECAKE. ALL TASTELESS WITH NO SEASONING OR FLAVOR, WHATSOEVER!!! I went here on a day that I came off of a restricted food regimen. Total waist of my time and money. I got the 14.99 special and two slices of 2.99 cheesecake. The food was hot, and that’s the only great thing about my meal. The cashier was more interested in interacting with his visitor, instead of placing all of my meal items into my bag. My coleslaw was missing, so I had to waist time going back into the establishment to retrieve it. As previously stated,…I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE!!!!
