Service was ok… the pizza selection was slow being replenished. The quality of the pizza has went down. Really wanted the cinnamon rolls but didn’t get any before I left cause they never made any. We had to ask for them to make them. Someone spilled some drink on the floor. Nobody mopped it up after being told so the floor was slippery. I won’t say it was bad but it could have been better. Way better.

Honestly the food wasn’t bad, I love the pizza. But I cannot enjoy eating there because of the smell. It literally smells like a gas station bathroom the past 3 times I have gone in there and the drink machine is disgusting, probably molded on the inside. If you take our reviews seriously, I would strongly consider a deep cleaning and maybe ordering new furniture. It’s also muggy in there which makes me feel gross, it’s really unfortunate that this is the only cicis in the area. Very disappointing.

The restaurant was very clean and the workers very friendly. We enjoyed talking with them. The pizza buffet was stocked with several different types of pizza but to me they all taste about the same. Not a lot of flavor. That is the only reason why we don’t eat there more often. NO FLAVOR! With that being said, our overall visit was very good. The workers made our visit very good!

The only reason I gave a 1star was because I had to. There was fecal covered toilet paper in the bathroom floor. There was 2 employees in the restroom that stepped over the nastiness to get back to the kitchen to prepare our pizza that was also very nasty. We were still eating but my 10 month old was in my lap until the pizza I requested was done and they came and took my high chair and put it away. They were not wearing gloves as they prepared food. It’s a good thing we were only passing through and not live near by. Because we would NEVER return to eat here. (Inspection score was 85 impressed it was that good.) NASTY!!!!

Food was fresh, but the bbq pizza now has something drizzled on top(balsamic vinegar?) It was gross! I asked to have one made and was refused. The guy at register was rude. Had to wait for dessert to be made and put out. Never seen manager. Dr pepper and Hi-c was out. Very nasty next to restrooms. Trash stacked in hall next to rest rooms. On a positive note, the lady working the dining are was very friendly and prompt.

My kids love Cici’s. But never again. We paid, went to look for a place to sit and not a clean table anywhere. The place was not busy! Even the floors were so messy and greasy I felt like if I didn’t drag my feet I would slip. Time to shut down and clean that place up. Super nasty. We did get a refund and left. They asked why and I told them, your place is filthy.

I told this restaurant a month ago about a field trip of 70 high schoolers coming today. I called back to remind them after driving there (an hour each way) to see it myself. Today, the manager called me during our field trip to confirm, and I called back twice when I was able, but her voicemail is not set up, so I couldn’t leave a message. When we arrived, she shrugged and said I never called her back so they didn’t have pizza ready for us. They started making pizza as fast as they could (that’s why I gave 2 stars and not 1), but there also was no ice, and none of the toilets would flush. I asked for more plates when they ran out and was met with attitude, just like the lady I heard ask about the ice…

If your looking for an all you can eat pizza buffet with cheap rates ,yes this is a plus. Looking for friendly workers I give them 5 stars. However, the food “yuk” the pizza is like cardboard,, it’s hard not much taste, the store stinks & needs some airfreshner , the lettuce for the salad is in big pieces. The cokes are too weak, not much of a taste.The cinnamon rolls are hard, and today’s visit the Alfredo sauce was like water, had no taste at all resembling Alfredo & the pasta was dry!!! I love pizza & pasta and use to enjoy eating here. Not so much anymore.

My son and daughter really enjoyed the pizza. There was a large bus of students leaving when we arrived. They wiped them out. Everything was refilled rather quickly and fresh pizzas were put out. Not as good as ones I have been to years ago but for the price it was okay. This was my 8 year old picky eater’s choice.
