PB&J Bistro & Café will bring their bold, unique, flavorful spins on conventional dishes along with some well-executed nostalgic classics. A timeless PB&J is, of course, on their menu, along with their original takes on chicken & waffles, gnocchi, and even a vegetarian option for a “meatball” sub. We’re better together!

My boyfriend and I love PB & J so much we often drive all the way from fort walton beach just to get our favorite chicken salad sandwich! This is by far the best chicken salad sandwich around here! It is always consistent, Philip splits our sandwich into two plates for us because he knows we always split the sandwich between the two of us. Jess is always front and center to greet you with a smiling face! Phillip and Jess are so unbelievably nice and personable! They always use fresh local ingredients and they are very passionate about what ingredients they feed they’re customers! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Delicious! Every dish I’ve tried here has been wonderful – the tea, pastries & today, a grilled cheese with sweet potato fries. Don’t leave City Food Hall without getting your fix at this joint! A local family owned new restaurant that has the “BEST” chicken salad! Most ingredients are locally sourced and you will not be disappointed! The PB&J was the perfect sweetness after our meal, barely got a picture!

Food came out fast and delicious! I got the caprese sandwich with sweet potato fries and a steamer with cinnamon, lavender and honey. The owner was super nice and helpful and genuinely wanted me to have a great experience. Didn’t disappoint!

This is the second time I’ve had the sweet potato gnocchi and for good reason. It has a depth of flavor you only achieve from the best ingredients which are carefully selected and perfectly balanced by the hands of Chef Phil. Phil and Jess are an amazing team for food. The menu is so creative and truly an art of taste. Add the enthusiasm to satisfy your taste buds and it equals an amazing experience. Wednesday original burgers are the pinnacle of my week. I cannot recommend this place enough. The venue is also fun with a bar and top golf simulator.

This little cafe is fantastic. First the menu is creative and the food is full of flavor. I ordered the crack chicken salad and let me tell ya, I would buy of whole tub of that stuff. Soo so good. I also tried aunt milles sweet almond tea and it was such a refreshing drink. Loved everything here. Second- the customer service is awesome, you feel welcomed and cared for right when you get in line and the recommendations were perfect. Also, the chef talked with us and asks def us how everything was. The couple that runs this are awesome people and we will be back to support them.
