I haven’t been to Smashburger in ages! The burgers are smaller than I remember but I’m glad they still taste good and are customizable. The sweet potato fries are also a banger, though a bit salty. I was surprised to see that they have wings now too but they were lackluster at best. The customer service is good and I’m glad the manager was very attentive because the kitchen left multiple items off several of our orders (for example, I got the Colarado burger and it was missing the chiles + some extra toppings I requested). I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt though, especially since the manager was very apologetic. Overall, this wasn’t an amazing experience so I’d probably try another burger joint before returning here.

Was our first time at a smash burger. The food was really no complaints.but the cashier that took our order was not a happy camper. She did her job and took our order but wasn’t very pleasant and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there or enjoyed her job in general.

Goodness gracious! How lovely this establishment is. I truly love this place and I come here every Friday at 3:00 pm. I’m thinking of releasing my stampede of villagers in here, but I wouldn’t want to overwhelm the workers. However, I feel like adding a synagogue here would greatly impact my villager’s opinions on this restaurant. They would surely come back if one was added!!

The girl taking my order was not every helpful. I told her it was my first time there and she offered no advice on what was tasty or not. I got the smash tots they were dry and nasty. My son ate 2 bites of the burger. The best thing there was the drinks.

Ordered food via Doordash last night to wait 30 minutes to get a phone call that my order is cancelled. This all happened between 8 and 830. Apparently, the driver had an issue when they arrived that either my food was given away or someone took it or it was never made. The store doesn’t close until 9 so I don’t understand why they couldn’t remake everything other than they closed early. This is not the first time I have seen this at this store. I have also encountered in the past, long waiting just to order food, cashiers that could care less about anything, messed up orders, sub par food and every order has always had something wrong with it or missing. Store is always sticky also. Stay away.

Haven’t been to Smashburger in a while and it might be another while before I go again. The food was good but the service was very slow. It was not busy, maybe two people already sitting and eating, and two people waiting for their orders (they appeared to be delivery drivers). The woman working the counter was standing by the kitchen window and waiting for food to be done so she could fill orders one at a time instead of taking orders from us waiting to place them. When she finally did start taking orders, she would take one then go wait by the kitchen window again. Very slow and inefficient. They didn’t used to operate like this, hopefully it was just an isolated situation.
