This is the absolute worst Dominoes Pizza franchise by far!!! It deserves negative stars for a service and quality rating. The Manager of this Dominoes located in Ware Massachusetts, Amanda refused to give me her last name. And stated that she could not give me a refund only store credit. Frankly she did not really care that I was displeased with the most disgusting looking sandwich I have ever seen. (It looked and smelled like DOG FOOD) I will never eat at Dominoes ever again. I will certainly be reaching out to the actual owner of this particular Dominoes to voice my complaint. Save your time and money and forget this place even exists.

Never have a problem with the food, always comes out delicious. Wait times are very short, surprisingly short even when you order a lot!

Always solid pizza fresh tasting ingredients, nice crispy crust, and awesome flavor to everything! Not greasy at all either which is a big plus! And they never skimp on the toppings!

First off, please consider that this review is not about all Domino’s locations, just the Ware one. As far as the food goes, I absolutely love their pizza & the garlic bread twists are out of this world! I’ve almost always been pleased with the food from here, except for once when we tried the Wisconsin 6 cheese specialty pizza. Big mistake. It was one of the worst pizzas we’ve ever had, not just from Domino’s, but anywhere. We expected a cheesy delicious pie, but instead got an overcooked, super dry disappointment for dinner. Unless you like a dry pie, don’t order this menu item. And the fact it was way overcooked didn’t help either. I do however enjoy their regular cheese pizza, which is what we usually order, or sometimes add toppings. It’s always fresh & hot & ready when they say it’ll be. Only complaints are #1-I have been told by Domino’s employees that they do not deliver to the town of Gilbertville, which is only about 10-12 mins away from the Ware Domino’s…this wouldn’t bother me much, except I have seen their delivery vehicles in my town several times! Not just passing through either. I’ve actually witnessed pizza being delivered to my next door neighbors & even to our place, so they need to stop telling customers that they can’t deliver to our town. Also, I will warn you all that it is so much cheaper if you do the carry out option, meaning pick up, rather than delivery. I understand delivery is obviously more convenient, but they charge so much extra, even before including tip. So if you’re able to pick your order up in person, you are better off, because it’ll cost much less. Complaint #2-Calling to order is very time consuming because of the 2-3 min automated intro that you are forced to listen to, before actually speaking to an employee to place your order. This has been an issue for me because at times I’ll be driving trying to order food to pick up on my way home & I’ll be in an area with poor cell service & have to pull over because it’s such a lengthy intro & you can’t skip over it, so they should consider changing this by shortening the greeting, or eliminating it altogether! Complaint #3-When you order the garlic bread twists, you have to usually ask for marinara sauce (it should come with it!) and even per request, you only get 1 small cup of sauce for 8 decent sized bread twists. Unless you barely dip your twists, this is nowhere near enough & if you ask for more, they will charge you almost a dollar for a tiny cup of sauce, which is ludicrous! If you go to McDonald’s & get McNuggets, they’ll give you at least 2 sauces free, so I don’t see why Domino’s charges you extra for something that should come with the appetizer. Plus this is an item people often share, so maybe not everyone wants to dip out of the same container, and if you’re eating in your vehicle without plates, it’s even harder to pass around 1 cup of marinara. So aside from my 3 complaints, I really do enjoy the food & speed of which they have your order ready. They have been accurate also & haven’t gotten our order wrong yet. Most employees are very friendly & energetic also. We like the handmade pan type pizza, which has the garlic crust, this is what they usually use for most pizzas, unless you specifically request another type. It does have quite a bit of flavor, so if you’re not big into garlic, you may want to order a different kind. But if you’re in Ware & hungry for some good quick food, give Domino’s a try! Niko’s in Ware isn’t bad either, although I haven’t been in years & last time we tried Lazer’s, it was very disappointing & burnt. So Domino’s is one of the better pizza places in this town. They have a very wide selection of menu options for pizza, pasta, desserts & more! **Happy to update that they have since delivered to our home!!** Thank you.

Dominos in ware is a hit or miss, I’ve ordered from the for awhile sometimes I get what I order sometimes it’s missing half of what I want but today is a first of getting pizza that is very under cooked only 2 pieces where edible sad. Now how do you take a pizza out of the oven and not see its under cooked.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered 2pepperoni and sausage pan pizza. Got them delivered one the toppings had slid off half the pizza the other was burnt. Had to sign for them which was unusual too. Called the store manager Donald says there’s only 2people working him and a kid that’s been there 2days. Ask him why I had to sign says kids new. Ask him about the pizzas he says throw them out and call his gm later. Went to the store and got more excuses finally to have 2pizzas finally delivered right 2hours later
