I go here about once a week and usually it’s good but be sure to check your order as last 2 times it’s been wrong. Probably came out ahead as I ordered a 3 piece meal and got 9 tenders but these fries are inedible with the amount of salt on them.

I ordered a bacon and egg biscuit with crispy bacon. It’s the same order every time I go. This is what I always get. I’m done ordering from the Granite Falls location. The fries taste like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp since yesterday, the bacon is under cooked and the I have to eat the biscuit with a spoon to hold it together. Ridiculously disappointed.

1st review: Why would you give me two chicken strips on a biscuits in place of my cajan filet. Dinner ruined and even had to wait on borounds. Could have given the correct biscuits there was plenty of time and no sauce. No bbq in store and couldn’t even get the honey mustard sauce in my bag.

If I could rate a 0 I would. This store is unprofessional. They don’t train you properly and they do not have any want or need to handle complaints. A guy named mark hung up on me while making a complaint and they just dismissed the issue. Christina, the day time manager picks on and bullies her employees. It would be one thing to just say this but I’ve seen it first hand while being in the lobby, I can her hear screaming and yelling and her employees while making remarks that are inappropriate it.
