Ok, hold up. Seriously the BEST french fries I’ve ever had! Love that they’re kind of like “steak fries” but sliced very thin. Crispy, perfectly salted, with plenty of real estate to hold ketchup (I am a ketchup fiend when it comes to fries).

Giving this 4 as it had a good selection, especially if you need some meat alternatives as impossible cheesesteak and plant based chicken and turkey. For the meat lover, the turkey is truelly freshed and sliced off turkeys cooked on site. Everyone was a big fan of the thin fries.

I was looking forward to getting lunch here for the first time. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! My daughter and I both ordered a Chicken Cheesesteak. When asked we both said yes to Provolone cheese and grilled onions. Neither one of our subs had the onions or the cheese. The chicken had been reheated…not fresh. Didn’t think the person taking the order was very friendly. Will not go back!

This was our 1st visit to capriotti’s and we all got cheesesteaks. We tried the Angus ones and they were pretty good maybe a little salty. The fries are different and I’m not sure if I like them yet or not they’re very flat but the flavor is good. Can’t wait to try the meatball sub it looked delicious

The worst sub I have ever had. Purchased a whole Bobbie sub. There was more stuffing then there was turkey. The turkey at best were just small pieces like scraps left over after cutting , all dark meat and the majority of the turkey pieces were hard and dry. There was more mayo on the sub than turkey scraps. Purchased on 5/16/2023 approx 4:30 pm at the Bel Air location. No plans to visit again. Was not worth my time to go back and complain. $ 20.00 lesson learned

Subs were good but definitely not worth the money. 17.00 for a 10in? First time eating here and probably the last. Thought maybe it was loaded but disappointed. Comparable places near by for almost half price.

I stumbled upon this jewel on a recent road trip from South Carolina to New York. When traveling, I always try and eat at places that I can’t experience back home and this spot didn’t let me down. When walking into the doors, I was greeted simultaneously by all staff members working. The restaurant and the facilities were clean and the homemade turkey sub was amazing. This definitely was a refreshing stop or this weary travel. Will visit again on my next trip down.
