Ordered the buffalo chicken Philly,it was really good. The original was also very tasty. The A/C was satisfying but did make our Philly’s cold. Wish our food stayed warmer a little longer. Barely got through the first sandwich half before I noticed all the meat was cold. Recommend the Boneless wings tossed in Thai chili sauce. Ask for extra chili sauce it’s yummy

I love Charleys in general food is always good reason why I’m not giving 5 starts is because (just look). This a regular order of fries and I thought maybe there’s more underneath but no it’s just these fries in the pic. Seems a bit stingy to me and messy. Come on Charleys you can do better than this. I went here on Tuesday 3/1. They were only serving sandwiches. Regardless if it close to closing time and I don’t maybe just changed the oil. When pictures chose fries and a drink or wings and fries I would expect to be able to order them with my sandwich at least. We walked in at 8:35, I feel like there’s no excuse other than being lazy and not wanting to turn the fryer on. I understand a little with the wings maybe hard to clean up but basic fries come on. And I know my wife’s sandwich meal came with fries because that’s one of the pictures you see when you walk in on display. And it looks like we were still charged for them

Unfortunately I was very disappointed because I love cheesesteaks and wings. The bread was good but they are a little skimpy on the steak and veggies for the price. The steak actually tasted processed, not like fresh beef. The fries tasted decent but they were cold so I took them home and put them in the air fryer, much better. I was also upset because I ordered a 4 piece wings and fries just to try. As I ordered, I pointed to the picture on the sign which showed traditional bone-in wings. When I opened the container I found I was given boneless wings. I order wings to get wings, not chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce. I doubt I will be going back. I only did 3 stars for service because of the food I received, but want to say that the girl handling the front counter was very friendly and did a good job.
