The pickup drive line could be more efficient. I go when my order is ready but still have to wait over 10 min at the window before even being acknowledged. This is the second time experiencing that at this location. Even when I pulled up with one person ahead of me waited 10 min for them to get their order. So I wait in line over 2o minutes and food is definitely cold by the time I get it.

Tonight was the third chance I have given this newly opened chipotle in our town. Also the third time they have been disappointing. We will not be returning. The first time we ate there, half our order was missing. The second time we ate there, the food wasn’t missing but the ingredients were not correct and the food was less than appealing . This time I decided to go inside and make sure nothing would be missing and watch them make it so the order would be correct. Well to my surprise it was still nothing short of a huge disappointment. The inside was gross and DIRTY. The line was not clean, not by a long shot . They were out of everything , what they did have was dried out or burnt.The pans were crusty and the food they had clearly been sitting awhile. Employees were not all wearing gloves . Just one actually had on gloves. Two stood in the back talking to each other, one walked around complaining about how they had to work a long day tomorrow and how they were not looking forward to it. The three couldn’t be bothered to wipe a table, make fresh food for the line, sweep …And only one young man worked the line.. just one. A line of customers started forming but no one jumped in to help make orders. Clearly only one person found it important to work this evening out of five employees. Poor guy deserves a raise and some help. Place needs new employees and new management that stays there and oversees and insures it’s being ran and maintained. Sad it was just built this year and it’s a complete wreck. Poor quality food, dirty inside and terrible staff with ZERO customer service let alone food service skills. Will not be back to this location until they clean it up .

My burrito order was cold. One item was not in the bag, chips and guac. My burrito was Steak, and I ordered chicken. And the guac was a sickly brown color. Could not call the store. Had to go to website and the Bot said it couldn’t help me. WOW! Really poor customer service and quality. Not the norm for Chipotle. Order #6KS-7A1.

I have never seen such a poorly ran place. I feel sorry for the kids working there. Placed an order for a time to pick up and didn’t get it until 45 minutes later. I was told by the manager after he grabbed a handful of food and ate it out of the tub that he has a 30 minute window to make the food for pick up even if you place it for a pick up time. Franchise owner and chipotle management was notified. And to add fuel to the fire a lot of DoorDash people are losing money because people are canceling orders. must be hard for a door dasher to call Customer and say that they can’t have their food when it was promised that they are getting it an hour late. ****update went again today and look!! Half a container of food so they don’t run out of food no chips no steak not shells no fajita veggies or Brown rice. What a joke.

Very good food, fast service…but when I asked for some of both rices…ooh ..did it come out of the servers pocket. I have been to this location before and it’s always been clean …which is important to me. Most employees friendly.

Food is off and does not taste right. Some employees look lost, and others complain about being there or having to show up the next day. Its sad that Chipotle use to be a great place to eat, and now it’s just a typical fast food place with poor food quality, poor customer service and they still charge you the same high price as if they are on top of the game like they were years back.

Ordered online tonight around 9pm. Went to pick it up, and when I pulled up there was a sloppily written sign stating that they were “Closed due to inventory”. I get that things happen, but more and more this location is running out of things before it’s closing time. Couldn’t even get anyone to even talk to me at the drive-thru window, they would just look at you and walk away.

This place was nasty. Every table not occupied was dirty and disgusting, the floor was sticky and gross, the food prep area was worse than the front. I believe the only thing this Chipotle served today was salmonella.
