Ingredients were obviously fresh and made a definite difference in the taste of the pizza. We got the pizza that you take home and bake after they have put all the ingredients. We enjoyed the pizza and will eventually return. Lots of parking possible along with a few spaces for handicapped. Please be careful when entering lot as it can be busy with other businesses on site.

I went in to see if I could get the kid special they offer on the app since I was using an EBT card to pay and the site doesn’t offer that option they state you must go in store. Since that was the case I figured you could walk in and get the same special but I was told no the man behind the counter would not do it. Wasnt an offer of anything close or to say you could get this pizza size or thin crust or anything like they use to have a $5 special before. He just had the attitude of I don’t want to help you in anyway. So I did the best I could and we missed out on an extra pizza. Had he offered any kind of assistance to get me close even if I had to pay just a few bucks more I would have given a 5 star review. Now I wonder if they have the same attitude making the pizzas and if the pizza could have been better. I’ll be adding more toppings at some since these pizzas seem thin on toppings. Thanks my friend.

Generally, the place is great but whomever you had working on 4/3 closing has HORRIBLE customer service. Not only did they act offended when I wanted to PAY for extra toppings, but my white sauce pizza was made with red (attitude given when they had fix their own mistake) but I didn’t even get my dessert! Additionally, we were pressured as if they were going to close 20 minutes before closing! They don’t even cook the pizza! We could also hear them openly complaining about the potential of having to stay 15 minutes late because of a single pizza remake! Again, we are talking between 20-30 minutes before closing. I miss their old location on Niles, but it’s worth the extra 1.5 miles to get here. The Cowboy is our favorite, and their gluten free pizza is really good too. And for dessert try the cinnamon wheel…amazing!

My family LOVES getting take n bake pizza from here more than ordering pizza! The fact that we have to pick it up and bake it makes no difference to us because the quality is so good. Every time we go the staff is super friendly and very patient. They’re usually not crowded, so it’s pretty quick service. You can call ahead and order too if you want it ready when you get there. But we like to watch them make it and they’re great about customizing anything. On Tuesday you can get any large pizza for $10! Trust me, it’s a bargain. I highly recommend this place.
