I ordered lunch online with limited time in my day because I had to hurry back to the office. I figured, why not order from my favorite poki bowl spot which I was craving. I got back to the office and I was very, very, disappointed in my bowl! It was more of a soupy substance than a poki bowl!! I ordered crab salad and there was no crab salad anywhere in that bow! I couldn’t eat it, it was gross, messy and very soggy (rice)! The lady that took my order was a Maria (I believe per the receipt)and I am not sure if she was either tired/drunk making my order but this was a terrible and disgusting bowl! I didn’t have time to take it back, but I made sure to reply to the email they sent asking about my experience/visit and still no answer. I will be asking for my $$ back from my c/c since I never heard back from anyone. Never again, will I order online and it will definitely be awhile for I build any confidence in this place to go back.

Seaweed salad did not taste fresh at all, it was disgusting actually. After tasting it I had to remove it from my food. Everything else was mid. There’s definitely better places around to get poke.

We come here often but this time I tried a new item the ahiruitto…amd sadly it was a flop… while it tasted great the way it was wrapped it wasent even closed and the seaweed stuck to the paper and we dined in so it wasent in the paper long

Exactly what you would expect in a poke bo. Nothing super amazing but good. The staff wasn’t overly nice but not rude. The fish tasted fresh and lots of options. I will go back but it won’t be my favorite spot. The bathroom definitely needs to be cleaned.

Yaaaaassss!! Now this is what I call a poke bowl I’ve tried many poke spots around town and most are flavorless, bland, and priced too high for what the quality of ingredients they use. AhiPoki is where it’s at! On top of that they have Spam Musubi, which I love this right here made my day.

Been a long-time customer. The food has almost always been fresh, but the service is severely lacking. For example: they’ve changed their rewards system twice now, and the new one requires that you use a registered card on the account or show your code to the cashier. I showed my code because my old card is no longer usable, and they tell me that there’s no way to add it to the order. They said that my rewards in there are now unusable and that I have to create a new rewards account from scratch. Seriously?
