Ordered online for pick up at the window. Arrived a few minutes after the time they quoted that my food would be ready, to learn that they hadn’t even started preparing my food. Quoted that I’d have to wait a further 12 minutes. Had to wait next to the pickup window for over ten minutes for a manager to refund the order. If I had known it would take that long to find a manager, I would’ve just waited for the food. Never got a refund receipt, just a promise that it’d be back on my card in 1-2 business days.

Used to be real good. As of lately, not so much. Last couple of times I’ve ordered either they’ve forgotten part of my order, made it wrong, or just seems like the quality is gone. My large meat lovers turned out to be more of a pepperoni with 5 pieces of sausage and a couple pieces of ham on it. Couldn’t find any bacon.

Carry out order was messed up, but I never once said I wouldn’t pay for a new pizza or delivery charge. The first person I talked to on the phone, thought my order was odd, but they never said anything about it when I picked it up. The manager said they called me about my order 3 times and left a voicemail, but I never had any missed calls or voicemails. The manager hung up on me and was very rude when I called in.

This location NEVER fails to mess up when it comes to me placing an order online or over the phone. When I say NEVER fails I am not over exaggerating. Called last night to place an order get there to pick it they say they don’t have a history of my order but magically they say oh we found it because they messed up. Today I placed an order online said 10-20 min get there waiting for 35 min and they say oh we messed up sorry. This is just unacceptable.

It’s a normal menu for a Pizza Hut. However, it’s very inconsistent on what you will get and how it’s prepared. Most of the time, the pizza is burnt. Not so bad it’s inedible but bad enough it’s noticeable. The staff is always excellent which is why I go back.

Great location, has undergone alot of work in the last year. Staff have improved, product is better, building is more maintained, overall better experience. Always have some kinks working with a made to order product; but nothing not worth waiting for, and definitely beats the competition!

Easy sauce, extra cheese… I have gone back to your store over and over because your in town.. I would rather drive to Kearney and put up with my pizza not being hot than to put up with your stores constant unsatisfying food. I have work and ran so many restaurants it disappoints me to see that you can not even make a pizza correctly. Good bye pizza hut in Smithville.
