This place is so disorganized. The employees have no hustle. They can’t remember what people ordered. The dining room smelled of mildew and grease. They have a pallet hiding tvs and other bs in the dinning room. After waiting 20 minutes my cold food was given to me. The manager Mr Jackson came out with half his shirt tucked in smelling of strong weed. They had one girl actually working while the rest was to stoned to know where they were. Heard someone in the back say that the cook don’t speak English and dropped the wrong things to cook. Glad I don’t own this place I would be ashamed. Don’t eat here. They slow as hell to get stuff done.

Tonite I went to Popeyes in Crossroads for dinner and ordered the 10pc family meal. I specifically requested five wings, three legs and two thighs. Not sure if someone didn’t know how to count but here’s a picture of what I received. Clearly there are two breast in this box. I tried calling back to the store seven times with no success. I will be going back tomorrow and requesting a refund this is totally ridiculous.

I went in about 2:30 on New Years Day with my teen grandchildren. I had some coupons from the mail and Jimmy had no issue with them. He was so nice to us and seemed to genuinely care that we got what we wanted. The chicken came out fresh and hot. The kids loved their tenders too. I feel Jimmy may be the reason everything was so good. Thank you for being so nice and the delicious meals.

I always go through the drive thru and I was able to immediately go to the speaker to order except they asked for me to wait a moment. Not a problem, but after 2 mins I say hello and they ask me to wait a moment. Okay, well now it’s been 5 mins and I still haven’t ordered and am sitting at the speaker as I write this. I’m sure Popeyes can check their cameras from 7:15-7:22pm on 7/26/23

Unfortunately I came here expecting to eat in only to find the door was locked and there was a sign that said due to lack of employees dying was closed for the day and drive-thru was only available. Needless to say tl the drive-thru is backed up pretty far but they worked pretty quickly to get us done and taken care of the best part of my visit was I always try to take advantage of the daily specials since inflation is what it is and they give you whatever the course mean is one side and drink.

All I can say is trust the reviews! I’ve lived in the area almost 5 years and this location is subpar at best. I don’t trust to go through drive thru ever because your order will not be correct. As with most restaurants, some staff are nice and attentive while others are not. This visit started by someone coming in behind me complaining about an order she had to return after driving home from the drive thru. She looked at me and I asked, “Did you check the reviews before you came?” Of course she didn’t and I felt really bad for her. When I placed my order they only had a few pieces of chicken ready to serve, I could totally see the cook in the back cooking another batch but when I asked how long ot would take, he acted as if he couldn’t hear and yelled out 25 minutes. When I replied, I can wait, he then tells his co worker that it will only be a couple minutes till ready. I’ve been rooting for this location since moving to the area and have seen management teams change over and over but to be honest, I just think it’s time to give up. Good thing there are way more options in the area now to choose from.
