What a fun little place… I was skeptical from the outside, but they have a really nice patio out back with TVs, fire pits, and heaters, and a lovely place to chill. Good menu options, good drinks, great atmosphere. We just gabbed drinks, no food, but everything I’ve seen come out of the kitchen looks great.

Great atmosphere. They have a cool back patio with TV’s. It’s a quiet break from the noise of Cannery Row. Good service with a full bar and lots of beer taps. We didn’t have food, just drinks. I would recommend stopping here if your in the monterey area!

Went here for a drink on a Saturday to experience the bars in Monterey, were not disappointed! Live rock band was playing and bar was roaring with life. The setting is gorgeous with outdoor seating with heaters and loads of space inside too. Sport was also shown. Highly recommend for night life.

We ordered nachos, a bowl of clam chowder and a grill cheese sandwich with four local draft beers. Food was good. Beers were great. The server was friendly. The atmosphere was good. Not many people were there since it was Sunday night.

I really liked the atmosphere. It’s pretty much just a pub, but on Cannery Row, it’s a nice escape. Decent selection of brews, a nice offering of cocktails, including a real Dark & Stormy. I only had the pretzel bites, which I enjoyed, but the menu had something for everyone. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in a pub mood. The service was good as well. Never felt smothered or neglected.

Fish chowder was fantastic and fish and chips were fresh, with a great batter and a lot of fish. Stopped by here after seeing an ad. Staff was extremely friendly, always asking how things were and could anything be better. Had a great time, with good food and reasonable prices. I saw none of the issues that some of the low ratings stated and I have my suspicion as to their validity. We had an awesome meal, wife stated the chowder was the best she had ever had.

Went on a Sunday (today), it wasn’t busy. Should have taken that as a sign. After a bit, we put in our orders for 2 beers and a ice tea, for food bangers and mash, fried calamari and clam chowder. The iced tea was watered down quite a bit. Beers were fine.

The place doesn’t serve food at least not after 10pm however it is a great bar to hangout with locals and travelers. The service was not that good the bartender made it us wait a for a while she was chatting with another customer. The drinks were ok but the music and the games they have was great! It looked clean and people were friendly. Recommend 100%.
