They do not wish to assist those with handicaps. Wouldn’t let my man who smokes vapes and is in a wheelchair be able to purchase vapes because I asked first. I HAVE NEVER SMOKED NOR WOULD I EVER SMOKE one of those. They discriminated against him which is horribly wrong. If that’s the law as they claimed, maybe attempt to get things changed for handicaps so you don’t get poor reviews for not being assisting to all.

Caseys on 99Q is one of my favorite locations. The pizzas I ordered last night 01/15/23 were the best ive ever had. The gentleman who made them was so nice and im greatful for Hospitality of this magnitude. Kudos to this store for their staff killing it out here is a struggling world. Thanks

Been there several times to get pizza for a late lunch, selection is beef or beef or one time no selection. I like their sausage pizza but this location never has it or much of a choice. Everything else is just like you would expect of a Casey’s.

Not one to ever leave a bad review but we got pizza last night, one cheese and one hot sausage.neither of them had much pizza sauce and the crust tasted like cardboard. Now I figured I’ve never had bad pizza from them before so we decided to call and get a new one made. We spoke to Christy the kitchen manager and I have never met someone as rude as her in my life. She informed us that our pizzas had been sitting there since 620 which seems impossible since we had ordered them 7 pm so I would hope that they didnt give me someone else’s order that never got picked up but ya never know. She than responded with a FINE we will make new ones and hung up. Someone in a management position should not be this rude. Also the pizza they made us to replace the messed up still had no sauce on it.

Casey’s makes amazing breakfast pizza. I’ve stopped at this location multiple mornings on the weekend only to find they have no breakfast pizza made. I’m not saying I’m giving up on Casey’s, but if you want pre-made food, try another location.

While I love Casey’s. the customer service at 93rd and Q was horrid. Lloyd with one year of service according to his badge was downright rude. Luckily this is not my usual location and I will avoid it. I literally had to tell him there are more important things in the world than getting upset over donuts. That’s right I had to calm him down. Because he was unaware of the Casey’s rewards deal of the day. I paid full price and left.

All other caseys locations seem to always be stocked on pizza during lunchtime, I’ve stopped here multiple times during lunch to find one random sausage or another topping pizza and nothing else! Today I went in and there were two slices of pepperoni that were probably sitting there for at least an hour. Nothing else beside a pre made hamburger lol

We ordered a pizza by phone to be half pepperoni & half beef. Went in to pick it up & it was all pepperoni. They said they would make a new half & half. Ten minutes later we got it and it ended up being the same pizza. All they did was throw beef over half the pepperoni with more cheese & passed it off as a newly made pizza. We wanted half beef only since some don’t like pepperoni. Surprise—there was pepperoni under the beef. Not cool Casey’s!!!!!
