I arrived to the restaurant at 10am I place a SIMPLE order two chicken biscuits meals with a high c and peach mango and also a 4 piece French toast sticks. Upon arriving at the window I was ask to pulled forward for fresh food moving forward I pulled up waited approximately 10 mins. Once I made it home checked my food only to find out I have a egg and patty biscuit. (Tbh can only be mad at myself for not checking my food) but besides that It’s simple instructions that can’t be followed so what’s the reason to hold interviews what’s the reason in training? Like it’s nuggets sandwiches and salads whats so hard to comprehend, who’s really interviewing these staff members Ronald mc Donald ? & also that egg patty sandwich was nasty I hated it & I only gave it 1 star so I can let them know there doing a horrible job at their job

My mother who died 10 years ago had the exact same experience I had 10 years later. They F up your order more than once and throw the food at you. My late mother had her order messed up 3 times at the window and the third time she pitched the food back at them their attitudes were so nasty. They have no one to refund you because Wendy’s doesn’t pick up the customer service line. I guess I’ll be disputing with the bank because this is ridiculous!!

Had a bad experience. I only ordered 2 cheese burgers and a small fry. The cashier charged me for two burgers and a fry never issued me a receipt. Told me I didn’t order a fry. Didn’t have time to argue with her because I was running late for work. Took a bite into the burger only to find my food cold. They got me. Will spend money at this location again. I suggest termination the crew and hire individuals who take pride in their work. Because it’s like they are only there for a check.

Worst part of the visit today was the cold potatoes, slightly burnt sausage and the manager was not having a welcoming morning. The best part was the warm oatmeal bar. Can’t wait for the breakfast to go national on March 2nd so I won’t have to only get Wendy’s breakfast only when I come to New Orleans. The Wendy’s closer to my house is much friendlier and the freestyle drink machine stays stocked and always works. Bye Gen. De Gaulle Wendy’s.
