I give the food a 5 star. The pizza was good. But the service was poor. We order a 6 slice small pizza and cheese bread. As we are waiting. Gentleman came in 6 to 8 minutes later and ordered 2 pizza and potato wedges. As we waited the gentleman received he’s order. We where still waiting. The employee’s were just give me excuse’s. It’s the Rusty on Rosedale.

0.5 stars! We went for lunch there on 9/4/23. We were the only customers in the place. 3 of the workers setting in large room on break. One worker at register and one cook. I think a manager was sitting down doing paperwork. We went for wedges, pizza and cokes. The wedges were barely warm! The pizza was great, but the coke machine was disgusting! I didn’t really want to use it it looked so bad! I did though. Yikes! Anyway I told the lady who I thought was the manager that the wedges were cold. She said oh thank you. I said your wedges were cold. She then said nothing! Very bad service and filthy coke machine area. I don’t understand why it would look like that when there’s so many workers in the store with no customers! I guess why work if they get paid to sit. The wedges were very disappointing! So we’re the workers! Why such bad service? I’ll never go back to that Rusty’s!

My family always gets takeout here. The pizzas are fantastic; either pan or thin crust are both good choices. I prefer the Rusty’s Special and we also get the Hawaiian. Definitely try the potato wedges! The restaurant has a neat train theme and arcade, but the games are pretty ancient.

This will be my last visit to Rusty’s. No matter what I do; order online, call in, or stop in, my order is always incomplete. Furthermore, this restaurant is always way behind with orders. The food is good, but chronic incomplete orders and ridiculous wait times are enough. I’ll be purchasing my pizzas from somewhere else.

We always use their party room for our soccer events. They have a friendly crew and their food is always hot, fresh and delicious. Can’t go wrong with pizza, wedges and ranch!!! They always take care of us there weather it’s a big or small crew.

The pizza tastes good. It’s one of my favorite pizza restaurants. The last couple of times I picked up pizza they haven’t been made with care. Most of the time I get cheese only but the cheese doesn’t cover the whole crust. There are about 3 pieces that don’t have much cheese at all. And when I order extra cheese you can’t tell the difference. I might have to try some different pizza places.

Got a free pizza coupon for donating blood. Went to use it and it literally took 50 mins to get 2 individual pizzas. This is pretty common for this Rusty’s. Now I remember why I don’t eat here.

We ordered 2 pizzas. Neither pizza was made right. Topping and crust were wrong. They employee was rude!! The dining area was dirty. Coke dispenser didn’t work properly spit coke out all over me!
