I went inside to dine just after 5 pm. I ordered 2 Hot Ham and cheese meals and after 20 minutes of waiting I was told they were out of Swiss cheese and they had to make them with regular cheese. The guy doing everything and was in charge told me he just found out they were out and I told him it’s the Swiss cheese that makes the sandwich. The sandwich was nasty with regular cheese. The guy doing fryer and grill I guess he didn’t know how to do anything else since I just seen him standing in front of fryer a lot and the main guy doing most of the work. My total wait was 25 minutes. This is my first negative experience with this store and I’ve normally have gotten good food.

No one at drive up. Had to go around and order. Workers were outside getting high. They reeked of pot. The tea was nasty. It was stale. Hot ham and cheese was burnt. Middle of chicken tender was hard. Fries were burnt. Ordered kids chicken tender meal. Didn’t get the fries. Ordered a separate order of fries they were greasy.

Burnt buns they said they was charboiled but clearly they were burnt !.Charged for 2 big burgers and we received looked to be a child cheeseburger never offered our money back on those but they did refund my money on the big ham and that’s too bad because usually they have the best Hot Ham sandwiches.

Over priced food for value. Employees stood around, moved slowly and were rude. I was asked to pull forward, there was no one behind me, because I was told, “we’re on a timer!
