Terrible service. Never answer the phone and when they answer the phone I was left on hold for 30 minutes. I never got my order and when I called to ask what happen to my order. I never got a response. It’s ridiculous how no one takes anything serious anymore.

Food was ridiculous today! Spent over 45$ for unseasoned food. I ordered extra seasoning on fries and tenders and received none. Fries are so bland it was a waste of money. Lemon pepper tenders were regular no seasoning. I have been procrastinating on using a different place, but after today it sold it for me.

This place is absolutely ridiculous!!! Placed an order a week in advance for Superbowl and they cancelled it an hour before pick up! What!? They have no customer service, hang up on you if you call to ask questions, and you can’t get to a manager to discuss anything. Will not be returning and suggest that everyone else patronize a different location since this one is unable to conduct business properly.

No customer service in existence in the place. You get hung up on, they don’t know their own menu, and several other issues. I’d advise anyone to try a different restaurant because you’ll just be disappointed here. Tried calling to talk to a manager and was hung up on twice and placed on hold for several minutes twice. Not worth it. They also cancel your order an hour before pick up for and give no explanation.

Ordered through door dash today…was disappointed with what I received from this wingstop. Ordered boneless wings that were super tiny smaller than my toddlers hand lol. Got coke soda instead of sweet tea like I asked for. Other wingstops give bigger wings. Not going to be ordering here again. Only the the dip choice and fries were correct.
