This is my local Jimmy John’s. That is closest to my house. I’m a big sub guy. Every once in a while I find this delightful. Never had an issue at this location and the staff is always friendly. Place is always very clean too. One of the chain sub restaurants that I actually like. Recommend.

Called this location to ask a question regarding curbside pickup, as I had two small children sleeping in the car! And I really didn’t want to wake them. Kenny answered the phone. He was so patient and helpful. He offered to have an employee run the food to the car so I didn’t have to get out and wake the kids. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and was so kind. This location is not closest to my home but I will continue visiting this location due to this positive experience. I should add. The food was great and fresh.

I was a first time customer at this particular restaurant. I wanted to stop in since I was able to walk a little better since my surgery. I stopped by before and the young man stated that they did not have enough employees to do curbside when I called. That was understandable. Today I went in, the cashier was simi-nice but I could tell she wasn’t happy. The sandwich making young woman got annoyed when I asked the cashier to ask her to change her gloves because I didn’t eat meat. She was filling up condiments in the sandwich making area. She rolled her eyes at us and said “I aint getting ready to make her sandwich.” I felt slapped and shook it off. I waited on my sandwiches got my drink and the young man that gave me my sandwiches was nice, but I know he felt how hard the bread was. But gave them to me anyway. I got home (40 min. drive) opened up my sandwich and could not bite into it. Tried the other one, same difference. The bread was incredibly hard. I will continue to eat Jimmy John’s because I am fond of the menu, but just not this one. Marketing + Quality+Customer Service is key to success.
