Been going here for years and it used to be 4 or 5 stars all around. Current employees seem to be out of ingredients every week and have a slow time making the pizzas. Quality has dropped and the atmosphere feels like a cemetery. Would recommend almost any other pizza place at this point.

Food was good. Owners/managers interrupted my transaction multiple times to give the employees orders so they could take off for the evening. Even the teens working were more aware of how unprofessional this was. Dinner time on 4/21.

I have had many pizzas from this location, but recently they have been borderline awful. We ordered a taco pizza today and it was pretty disappointing. I will drive to any other location to see if they are better. We are truly disappointed that this place has dropped the ball so badly. They were a decent place for take and bake, but I don’t think I’ll be back. It’s really a shame.

Every time I have ordered from here, my order is either wrong or I have to wait until way after the time I was given. I ordered at 5:00, it said it would be ready at 5:30 and it wasn’t ready 6. I waited for so long and no one even greeted me or asked if they could help. I finally asked if they received my order and they said they never got it even though I showed them the order on my phone. Pretty sure this is my last time coming here. Which is a bummer because we like their pizza but I can’t stand such horrible customer service. And also, I would be understanding if they were super busy and working hard but it was 4 teenage boys, taking their sweet time with no sense of urgency.

What happened? I ordered a few pizzas for pickup before the store opened for pickup after work. I arrived after the pickup time and they were not done … 35 minutes later they were finally made. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas had toppings not listed…. So yeah

This used to be a great location. Sometime late in the summer, however, things changed completely. We order pizza weekly and used to have great success here. Pizzas were made just as they should be and unlike some other locations in the area, had just the right amount of toppings. I never felt like I was cheated.
