This location is pretty bad. The customer service at the drive through is ok, but the chef is super shady. Every time I order the beefy 5 layer burrito, it’s mostly all tortilla and no beef. Even when I bring it up to them, they make it even worse. All beans no beef, won’t be returning to this location again. The Taco Bell on main Street next to the Great Mall is much better.

I frequent this Taco Bell multiple times a month because it is close to my house. I don’t think I’ve had a soda that actually tastes like what was ordered. Always tastes like multiple sodas mixed together. Not sure they ever clean the machine. I will most likely have to switch to a different one since this doesn’t look like it’ll change anytime soon.

Convenient location at the exit of freeway 680. Nice and clean from inside and quick service. Seating area is very spacious and very bright. It was super clean. Decent parking lot. They also have drive thru. The staff members were very friendly.

Thankfully the food is still good, but I doubt I’ll be coming inside ever again. Wanted to sit down with the kids and enjoy it, like the good old days, ya know? After waiting for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, another customer flagged down several employees and the third one told us to use the kiosk to order our food, which the other customer couldn’t use cuz the tap was broken and had to wait even longer to flag down another employee. When the food was ready, the drinks weren’t there. I waited by the pick up, made eye contact with several of the staff, and waited some more. Eventually, another order came up, and I asked the lady about the drinks. She held up her hand in a “Stop” motion and walked away. Didn’t inform anyone of me waiting there. Eventually, I got the attention of the girl manning the drive up and she got me the drinks. I understand not wanting to interact with customers – I really do. But intentionally ignoring people and not informing ANYONE that there are people waiting or need help? That’s ridiculous.

I wish I can give zero review for this location, very bad service that I have experienced from this location. very unhygienic and very unprofessional response. I had ordered vegetarian chalupas drive-through, when I opened the order at home, they gave me chulpas with almost empty (very few beans and no lettuce tomato , no cheese) Its almost cold and empty. I think they don’t check, its like premade food. I have to drove back almost 10 minutes (total 20min), then I reached to the counter the lady open the chalupas with uncleaned hands and I tell her about that nothing inside and I request her that please exchange and give me new order,I don,t feel like to eat because she was checking inside with finger . then she gave me chalupas and when I reached home, I check again she gives me same chulpas by adding cheese and lettuce and tomatoes.I knew its old one because before giving to her ,I take little bit from side to make sure they don,t give me same one. finally I have to throw that because I was not feel like eating .I don,t know any one read this and change this but personally I will avoid this location in future ,and eat anything elso avoid taco bell.
