Ordered a cheese pizza through the app. Got home and the pizza was not fresh. It was cold and dry like it had been sitting for awhile and it was thin crust. I did not order thin crust. Absolutely disgusting and will never be back again.

I’m so tired of giving this place a chance to do better only to be let down time and time again. Today I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza, at the Foley, AL store, paid my money, got home, only to open the box to a pizza hard enough to poke a freaking hole in the box…and forget calling up there to talk to a manager. They never answer the phone. I’d gladly drive back up there except it’s hot a hell, I have no ac in my van and my window doesn’t roll down. I live about 15/20 mins away so it is a real inconvenience to have to drive back up there. I tried calling the customer service holiness but of course they can’t be bothered to answer the dang phone either. At this point, I’m done!!! You pizza is worthless and your customer service is deplorable!! Your stores need new training and to throw.out pizzas that have been in the box way to freaking long!!! I will be reolporting this store.and issue to the department of health. I’ve worked in the food service industry and I know that there are laws and regulations about how long to keep good and about holding temps. This store clearly does not follow these regulations!!! It would be nice if someone from their corporate offices would look into these issues.

Doors were locked and were sent to Drive Thru in order to pick up the order and were not allowed to get the order with out a car which can be discrimination to anyone who does not own a car for many reasons. In addition order was placed through the app and the app notified the order was ready for pick up but the cashier said that they barely got the order and it was not ready. Once at the drive thru with a car, we were given the wrong order because the order came out as 3 pizzas and crazy bread but we ordered 5 pepperoni and crazy bread with crazy sauce until we showed the cashier the order he gave us the two missing pizzas and didn’t give us the crazy sauce! CORPORATE please work with the restaurant to offer better customer service and better attitude and update the app to send the order immediately to the restaurant and notify the customer when the order is actually ready in order to avoid this type of inconveniences for both parties the customers and the employees.

Worst Caesars ever – have had issues here before but tonight’s visit was the worst. And will prob be the last to this location. Almost comically bad experience – the “staff” (I saw at least 5 people working, which should be a plus) was completely inept and apathetic. My online order was not even started when I arrived, was told they didn’t have it, showed her my email confirmation then they had me wait 20 minutes while they prepared it. And they still got my order wrong – just two pizzas and no special instructions – plus they gave me someone else’s order, which I returned, so whoever got the pepperoni and jalapeños behind me, I wouldn’t bet they remade it. A real shame because I’m a long time Caesar fan and this one is most convenient- good luck to the franchise owner…

Let me sit inside for 10 minutes waiting on my online order, they put it in the pizza portal then told me I had to pull into the drive through to pick it up. Wouldn’t just give it to me. Total time to pick up pizza was 1 hour 🙂

This place is absolutely terrible. I deliver DoorDash on the side. Plus I have made personal orders from this place and they are always closed. I don’t care if I go at 7 PM or 9 PM. The place is dark. On a few occasions where I have ordered before 7 PM like one night I made an order at 4:30 PM. I showed up to pick it up at 5:15 and they hadn’t even started it yet. This is absolutely terrible when I look inside and there are six people working or clocked in to work.

If you visit Foley definitely go here for a pizza!!! The employees and managers here are an awesome group of people and they make it an enjoyable experience going to get a pizza! Everyone is super friendly, even when they are stamped with orders. The crew deserves raises!!! The manager’s most definitely deserve raises!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!I wish I could honestly give 0 stars. I ordered online before picking it up today. I usually get the deep deep dish pepperoni, but this one looked awful and the pizza was not cooked completely. There is raw dough on top of the hard bottom, just in case you think that is cheese. Just shut this place down… please. They never have it together and the food is never fresh. I’ve had better experiences at other locations, but this one takes the cake. Food Poisoning is real, just like this low quality establishment.

They should put a Permanently Closed Sign in the windows. Never answer the phone. Nobody comes to the drive up windows and the front door is usually locked. Ordered online but never got my pizza. Total Rip Off. Go somewhere else for pizza.

Pizza was great. Lobby was closed, only drive thru option. Prices have really gone up, no more $5 hot and ready. They are now $8.50 and not ready. Service was fine, but with the lobby closed it frustrated people.
