Food: They have some very interesting margarita flavors (try the peach). Guacamole is unique, 1 of our 3 was not fresh though. The short ribs were tender and flavorful. The cheesy grits that accompanied mine was the best part, rich and full of flavor. Shrimp tacos were light and fresh. The coconut tapioca pudding was a little heavy on the tapioca and light on the pudding, but tasted exotic.

The guacamole is delicious! The waiter suggested to add the hot jelly, AMAZING! As you can see, it was devoured fairly quickly. I had the smoked pork burrito. The pork was good but the pickled onions took the show! I was a little disappointed in the rice and beans. They seemed a little bland. The service was excellent and I had a great experience. I will definitely come back and try other menu items.

Outstanding! We enjoyed a fabulous meal, starting with a delicious appetizer of Roasted Tequila Shrimp (only a half portion is pictured, we shared it), followed by Cerdo (Roasted Pork Tomahawk, Agave Mango, Jalapeño Cornbread, Escabeche, Roasted Cauliflower and Burnt Honey). Everything was perfect. The sauces were amazing; the cornbread, heavenly; the pork, perfectly prepared medium-well, tender and moist. It was the best Mexican meal of my 65 year-old life. The service was very good, too. Our experience proved delicious and delightful. 5 thumbs up!

Food was great, very fresh and creative. Monday is margarita night with again creativeness. Sat on patio and beautiful downtown Akron night. And Carmen was a great server. He gave us some great advice on some of the dishes and was very attentive. Looking forward to our next visit.

Masood is a great chef!!!! The food is always amazing and I’m always blown away on their ever-changing menus! This is a nice family restaurant as well or a laid back place if you wanted to have a wonderful date night. I’ve come here a couple times for dinner and the food is always delicious. This is definitely the best Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. Along with the food, the drinks and service are also great. Everyone working there is very attentive to the customers and very helpful. The margaritas are my drink of choice when I come and they are some of the best margaritas I have drank. This is a great spot for dinner in downtown Akron.
