This is actually a pretty good restaurant. I do feel, however, once the buffet is closed the workers become lackadaisical. The manager explained that turnaround times for food sometimes get ignored. We eat there often as we have a 1 year old and she only eats chicken and this is a better option than processed nuggets, plus she eats the green beans and mashed potatoes here as well, which is healthier than French Fries.

Food was ok but overly greasy. The restaurant however was completely filthy. All of the tables in the lobby were in need of cleaning, we found the cleanest one and wiped it down to have a seat. The trash was completely full when we took up our garbage to be thrown away. And when going to the bathroom to wash our hands afterwards they were in the same shape. Actually felt like washing my hands in there would make them dirtier.

Very disappointing that this location stop serving grilled chicken as an option. Also every time I order chicken livers they say that they are out of them and it will be at least 5 minutes. I don’t mind waiting to get fresh food. they almost have a negative sales pitch. You get the impression they are trying to persuade you to not wait on the food.

Out of today’s experience I went to the buffet and was prepared to eat some good chicken but instead my first plate was just beans and Cole slaw because they had nothing else on the bar, after waiting 10 minutes I go look and just had brought a few pieces of sloppy looking chicken out and mashed potatoes looked like they had been there all day. Employees were just moping around,. Garbage cans look like they’re about to fall apart. On way out went into restroom and it was nasty, even the sink looked nasty and lol the mirror was duct taped onto the wall. This place needs overhauled bad.

Had to wait for food to be put on buffet and table wasn’t very clean. Food was good but the prices were higher than most KFC ‘s. Overall it was fair especially if you are hungry.

Nasty AF. Flies all over everything, al over the buffet the dining area was pitiful, and I still made the mistake of eating the buffet thinking that it might be ok. Now I’m laid up with food poisoning from the only thing I ate today! KFC in coal run
