Food was good! I enjoyed the sauces and the boneless wings. Our server was great and really made dinning there awesome. He was very attentive and so nice. We came around lunch and it was pretty slow but this dude was really doing it all. He was sitting other tables for other servers. Running food and greeting guests. I wish I would have gotten his name because he was great. Me and my husband will definitely be back! Good employees like him should be recognized and rewarded

Every time I order from here the food is just not up to par. BBQ Pork sandwich came where pork felt like it was sitting out all day because it was so dry. Instead of a regular coke they sent a child’s coke. I call to ask if that’s normal size and they confirm they sent the wrong thing, and then do not offer at all to fix it. Just never a great experience any time I try them again, which stinks because shelbyville needs a good wings place.

Food was great! Service was poor. Our server was sitting in the corner, not worried about making sure our drinks are filled, and took for ever to get the check even after we got dessert. Service definitely needs some improvement but the food was good! Best boneless wings I’ve ever had!

I have been there 3 times in the last 6 weeks, sometimes during peak hours and others in the middle of the afternoon. The servers leave tables dirty so they don’t have to take additional customers. Saturday afternoon, almost every table was dirty and only two were cleaned during the 45 minutes we were there. A clean restaurant is an appealing restaurant. Perhaps the owners/managers should make some surprise visits to see how the staff treats their investment.

Made an online order. Went to pick up, nobody at the to-go counter, and the bartender was quick to let me know that wasn’t her area. She did finally go find the person that was supposed to be helpful. I asked twice if everything was in the bag, and she said she’d personally checked it, while of course rolling her eyes at me. Got back to my hotel, missing an entire order of chips and queso, no sauces, no napkins or utensils, but I did get literally 10 pounds of potato wedges instead somehow. Good thing she checked it for me!

AVOID!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Insanely long wait for food. Comes out at room temperature. Flavors were actually not bad and could be worth visiting again. It is faster getting your drinks by walking up to the bar but even that takes awhile. The waitress we had was good but overworked, so I fully blame all of this on the Manager for not properly managing the restaurant. This place has potential and room for growth if it was managed better.
