There is no one working at the stand and there are alot of people coming off the highway just for dunkin and it is a disater. Do not recommend anyone to even stop here because you will not be service at any point. 0 stars for just being a store for show and not for service.

Not sure how businesses like that stay open – two girls working in there arguing in the back so bad they were about to psychically fight each other – when one of them finally came to the counter she was like ” what do you want ” literally – then said her espresso machine was down- no donuts – do not know how or why this Dunkin is even open it’s so ghetto and so bad for business wasted 15 minutes of my life and Saturday day in line to deal with some ghetto Dunkin employees who are getting paid to fight everyone the poor old people behind me had to deal with that after so help them I felt so bad

Super unfriendly worker at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, June 30th. It was not clear where to order, as I see people waiting as I first walk in (pick up area), I realize this, so I walked toward the farther spot and said”Oh, is this where I order?” Crickets…no worries, place my order, he had to wait 20 seconds for me to find 4 cents, as I didn’t want all that change…well, he was not happy. He had to make change from my dime. I pick up my order, I say “Thanks, have a nice day!” Crickets… ♀️Well, maybe he is having a bad day. It is nice when you hear…Welcome to DDs! How may I help you? GIVE TIPS to those pleasant workers. They deserve a tip. I always leave tips, this guy even got a tip from me, my change, the 6 cents! My other tip for him is to find another job, where you do not have to interact with humans or any other animal.

Worse ever experience at DD. We ordered through DD App 1 coffee,1 6pc hash brown and 1 cheese sandwich. He wrote on coffee cup with pencil…is not there stickers? how I know is this a coffee that I ordered? They charged full amount and only we received coffee, because they said, they don’t cook food. We ask for my rest money back but they said they can’t do and we have to go other store in the other side of highway to get the rest. We ask for manager or supervisor…never received answer. They were nasty, rude and insulted us. We tried calling phone that appears in receipt and she answered, when recognized us then she said that this is her personal phone and we should call other number, She lied. We tried same number couple minutes later, this time he answered and insulted us by phone with bad words. Those two guys should not work at DD. They don’t have education to work with public. I will never stopped there again

9/3/21 4:30pm shift. You guys need to train this guy to be more hospitable. I saw him yelling at people left to right about masks. Granted, if that’s your establishments policy regardless if a person is vaccinated or not, there’s a right and wrong way to approach your customers. You don’t need to be spiteful, you can kindly remind people by simply saying please! Now to my experience, I need to avoid sugar for health reasons. I asked for a iced latte with almond milk and no sugar. I tasted the coffee, tasted like sugar. Went back to ask about the possible mistake, was treated with hostility and told that’s possibly because the almond milk is sweetened. So I asked to please replace with simple iced coffee. Guy goes “alright we’ll you’re going to have to get rid of that because I can’t touch it” with a surly tone. I said okay got it, threw it in the garbage bin in front of me, he yells at me for doing as he instructed. He was huffing and puffing yelling at me asking me what I want , told him “iced coffee.” Yells at me again what kind of iced coffee? Told him just simple iced coffee, shoved it on the counter and walks away with an attitude. You gotta check this guy! He can’t be treating people like this over masks and over people’s consumption lifestyle. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!

Absolutely horrible service. A group of employees were standing in the back while nobody was taking orders. When my order was finally taken I was given the wrong drink in the wrong size! Couldn’t even get myself to turn back and get things fixed because it would’ve taken more time than it was worth.
