I felt very sick after eating at this establishment (In a not-so-pretty way, might I add) and that only leads me to believe two different scenarios. Either their products are expired/cross-contaminated, or staff members are not washing their hands appropriately (cross-contamination). Had I been immune compromised, I very well could have been hospitalized. From someone who works in the industry I’m incredibly appalled and disappointed in this very avoidable and preventable experience. Additionally, as a few of these reviews have previously stated, this business has blatantly stolen the branding and business model of the real Sourdough & Co. This is Sourdough Bread Company, not the real thing. I really don’t understand how this is legal or why they haven’t been sued yet.

Two things. Customer service is god awful. As someone in upper management in the industry who ever is running things here needs to tell their employees to talk louder then .3 decibels. Second thing. It is really frustrating when the person working behind the counter tells me I can’t split a payment on an order (have the same exact pos system it’s one button). Get what you pay for employees I guess

Ordered and asked if the house sauce had bell peppers as there is a person with an allergy to them. Staff was able to find out quickly that there was. Great food at a reasonable price.

I ordered online a variety of 35 sandwiches for an outdoor group event for pick up. The order was ready on time, sandwiches were labeled and packed well, and every single person raved about their lunch! We got pickle spears as well- nice touch. Nice to successfully support a good local business.

This place has good sandwiches, but I have to leave only 1 star because of the shady nature of this business. I just found out that this place is NOT Sourdough & Co!!! Yes, they are using the logo’s and all of the same design layouts that the REAL Sourdough & Co uses, but I assure you that it is a completely different business all together – ‘Sourdough Bread Company’ is the real name. Again, I am not complaining about the food – but the simple fact that they have actually stolen another businesses branding just blows me away and if I could give zero stars I would! Unbelievable

Good quality food. Counter service is fast and friendly. I ordered two sandwiches to go, Pastrami and a Roast Beef. The dining area seems small but clean. Pastrami was good hot with cheese and mustard on house bread. I would eat this again.

I’m giving them 3 stars because their food is very good. My daughter goes there probably twice a week. But last week when she brought her turkey breast sandwich home, it had No turkey breast on it. Luckily I had some in the fridge. I’m really surprised because I know restaurants are hurting and you would think they would make sure to get the orders right. We were eating out alot, but I’ve started making food at home more often because we found this is happening alot at the restaurants. We’ll still go out to eat, not as much and we always check our food before leaving, just to be sure.

I’ve come here multiple times and find my sandwiches missing items every time. I kept coming back to try again is because I worked in a resturant for a long time and understand that mistakes happen, and I was also eager to be eating delicious Sourdough sandwiches all the time. However nothing ever changed. Maybe its just my bad luck, but if I know one thing it’s that the workers are very inattentive and the managers don’t seem to keep a close eye. When I pay $20 for two small sandwiches I certainly do have somewhat high expectations. When I pay the amount an entire avocado costs at safeway for just 1/4th of an avocado at Sourdough, I do expect to find that, at the very least, on my sandwich. That was the only modification made you’d think they’d atleast get that right. And I’ve never been accommodated for their mistakes. It’s really too bad, as I was looking forward to being a regular here
