Husband had the Pimento Burger. It was very delicious. The Fries were very good. I had the Salad. It was so good. It was Spinache, Green Apple Slices, Cranberries, Onion and Pecans. So good. My Husband did complain that I smelled of onion all day, but so worth it

Let me preface this by saying, we LOVE bar food. We love waffle house and hole in the wall diners and dive bar food. We frequent those places. The quality of food usually matches the price charged for it. However, here the food was okay. Not good, not great. Just your typical bar/pub/diner food. Everything was EXTREMELY salty. To the point it was almost inedible. I left half of my pimento burger and almost all of my homemade chips uneaten. $25.00 for 16 wings is a little insane.

We’ve been here twice now and the food was so good both times. The pineapple habanero wings are my family’s favorite! This last time we had Keith waiting on us and he was so sweet and personable. Super awesome atmosphere. We love it here!

Fantastic local restaurant that has been converted from an old gas station. The wings were phenomenal and my hot date loved the pimento burger! A must try new local spot!

The Pimento burger I ordered was great. Great portion size and plenty of pimento cheese and bacon. The onion rings were really good. The service was attentive and friendly. Atmosphere wasn’t bad really but was surprised that the seats in the booths were ragged and torn up with exposed foam and kinda dirty. My only real complaint was there were no prices on the beer menu. I wouldn’t have even ordered what I did if I’d known a single glass of cider was almost $10. The food prices were fair but my drink brought me from $12.50 to $30 after tip. Please price the beverages.

Excellent margaritas, onion rings and wings, both house and garlic parmesan. I didn’t care for the chips, not crispy and too much old bay. Very nice waitress. I will be back to try other dishes.

First and last time going. I thought maybe this place would be pretty good since I seen car there a good bit. I finally decided to go. Walked in and was immediately not really impressed but wasn’t there for looks. I sit down at the bar area which didn’t look to be cleaned for some time or so considering there was still food where I was and looked at the menu. I am a major wing fan but after seeing the wing prices and it’s a complete joke on price, I said heck no I’m not paying that much for wings I don’t care if they may be good or not! I’ll continue to get my wings just down the road behind McDonald’s is a wing place called Anne Mays wings. They are fair market price that won’t leave you’re wallet/bank dry for just 10 wings. So I ended up ordering a burger patty melt thing, it was ok but honestly seems like I was at sonic eating theres. Until they decide to make wing prices remotely normally price to compete with competitors that’s literally like .5 mile down the road I won’t be buying anything from them. Also the bar tendered lady never even said a friendly word to me walking in or when I say down. Just handed me a menu and ask if wanted a drink and then walked off. No hello, hi how are you or anything.

A true hidden gem. We were passing through, and texted a local for restaurant recommendations. Dowdle Gas was his only suggestion, and we were thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is great. The food was cooked to perfection, and the service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back.
