Rude teenagers who don’t listen take your order, and mess up the easiest sandwich order you could ask for. When it was wrong, I went back in and asked them to make me a new one, and the eye rolls and attitude were off the charts. They asked me two more times what my order is.. it’s just not hard. Bad vibes here and incapable employees. Plus the food is trash. Go to a better Dunkin, you’ll thank me later.

So the place was empty. We asked a couple of questions about some items. The woman taking the order would turn her back on us, sigh, and speak so low we couldn’t hear the answer. She was utterly rude and not very helpful. She had a flat affect during the entire exchange. It was obvious she resented having to serve us. She didn’t take care of our order and had us waiting to the point that the manager had to ask her what we were waiting for. It was only the two of them. As he spoke, nother girl arrived and heard their conversation and decided to prepare the order. She apologized for the delay. Terrible service from the person who took the order.

I go in there every so often to get bagel with butter or cream cheese. Im disabled so I like having my bagel cut in half. They dont seem to know what that means, 9 out of 10 times its never cut in half. Ticket even said cut in half. Sliced & cut in half are two different things Once I went in for butter bagel, they gave me bagel with butter thrown in bag. Employee yelling , at each other , playing games with each other or on phone. The turn over of employee’s is high in this store, I also see new people behind counter. They focus on drive thru more then inside counter
