Email sent by Arby’s says redeem 5 for 5 beef sandwiches. Show up and told deal has to be done in mobile app. Download mobile app then it says this location not taking orders on app. Flagged Arby’s email to spam, deleted app, never coming back. Went to McDonald’s next store and was great.

They have the meats, what more do you want? Their wide array of options can satisfy any car full of diverse tastes. What other fast food chain has two good French fry options? The prices at Arby’s are officially through the roof. $2.99 for a medium soda, come on! I love the roast Beefs which are now 5 bucks a pop. These prices make eating their not an option anymore. 2 Beef n cheddar for 7 bucks I said why the hell not. Added a drink and fry which made my total soar to 14 bucks and change. Just not an option at this point.

Ordered a lemonade. It was packed with ice, it couldn’t have had 4 ounces of lemonade. Went to get a refill and was told no refills, but you can purchase another one. The clerk commented, if I would give you a refill even under the circumstance of being over packed with ice, “I would be fired”. What that tells me, this is being done on purpose. Love the classic roast beef sandwich, but will not be back. Arby’s is not what it used to be.

It’s not this location’s fault, but Arby’s Corporation changed the breaded/fried chicken filet recipe recently! The new classic chicken sandwiches are terrible compared to how good they used to be even a month or so ago!!! The new crispy chicken filets that they use in the chicken sandwiches taste AWFUL and has a bad after taste. ARBY’S, PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR PREVIOUS RECIPE. We probably won’t be going to Arby’s anymore after they switched the chicken filets, unfortunately.
