The Mt Orab location is under renovation. Drive In service only. Long line to order and finally receive order. We ordered fries with NO salt – this didn’t happen. Fries were cold. Staff was friendly. Hopefully things will improve once remodel is done.

Terrible! The entire experience was awful. The fish sandwiches have shrunk in size and gone up in price. Food wasn’t very hot, although we waited for a while to get it. No refills on lemonade? Ridiculous. I won’t be going back.

Can I give ZERO stars!!!!! Holy cow, my husband and I stopped here really hungry after attending a lengthy high school graduation ceremony and we saw the sign advertising “FISH SANDWICH” and that is exactly what we wanted. Went inside, waited in line for awhile, understandably so, it was the lunch rush, finally got to the counter to order our fish and the lady was MEAN, and said “we DON’T have fish.” No apology or sympathy just no we don’t have it and goodbye basically. I bit my tongue, not to say anything about what the sign out front said and I just walked away hungry, disappointed and frustrated. I grabbed a quick picture of the sign out front for reference. Sad sad day for me.

Was very disappointed my curly fries where cold I ordered a 8 piece mozzarella stick and got jalapeño poppers instead I also ordered a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich and received a blt sandwich instead there was two different kinds of sandwich meat on it and a 9 piece nugget which where also cold … all in all was very disappointed in my food and will not be going to Arby’s again

Food is usually good and consistent. Staff is always friendly. Atmosphere is nice. Tables were all always uneven but they seemed to have fixed them finally

Reason I’m giving them two stars is yes they did replace our order from the other night where they did not give us straws or arbys sauce and they put lettuce on my buffalo sandwich and I requested no lettuce and they upsized me to a large and I’m pretty sure they charged for it and I asked for a regular so tonight they replaced the order and I get the order and the fry box is not even full and there’s four straws for two cups and probably a half of an entire box of Arby’s sauce in our bag so somebody obviously wants to be a smart alec and think it’s funny to waste Arby’s money I would not recommend eating here unless you want to have to go back to get your order fixed and deal with immature people one culprit that works there’s name is Hannah she is the one that took my order the first time and messed it all up and the second time she is the one that was expediting the food, bit had a headset on and was “mean mugging” us the entire time.
