I bought a speciality pizza with a promotion coupon, the total was $16.40 … a 20% tip is $3.28 … 30% $4.92 so I choose the custom option for $5 which I selected online since 20% didn’t seem like enough. After I placed the order, I watched the driver on the interactive map pass my house three times and after a hour it was finally delivered cold. The driver said “because your tip sucked, enjoy your cold pizza”. What was he expecting 80% tip? Dominos pizza has lost control of their franchises, it’s a mess with nearly all restaurant locations with negative ratings. If you’re in Arlington, just order from Lost Dog… they appreciate your business.

Based on my first experience with Dominos since I’m a diplomat I would say that I was extremely disappointed with the quality and serving of contents of my pizza. You charged me 19.90 and I hardly get any pieces of chicken in my large pizza. Attached here with a picture of my Pizza. See it yourself to belive.

Do not order from this store. The worst domino’s pizza store around. Dont know how domino’s franchise let’s this store stay in business. I don’t think they have any sort of quality control at this store. I ordered a pizza from here and it came half burnt. I would believe they saw it when it came out of the oven, but they still decided that it was ok to send a burnt pizza to a customer.

watch your credit card receipts carefully! on 2/24, i ordered pizza for $34.65. i recently received my credit card statement and the charged me $38.65. luckily i save all receipts and compare all my receipts with credit card statements every month. so i can easily prove to my credit card company and dispute the charge. be careful if you use credit card to pay your pizzas there

They delivered a wrong order 3 weeks ago. When I called I was on hold 30 minutes and gave up. Called 1 day later and the person who answered said a manager would contact me to give me a refund on the card I used to place the order. Never got a call from a manager and no refund. Disgraceful ! Will never order from you again.

Every time I go in to pick up pizza here there is a problem. First they couldn’t get my gift card to work. Today they mixed up my pizzas and I didn’t realize until I got back to work with them. Better to just order from another store. Manager is not friendly either.
