Out of all the popeyes locations locally, this one is till my favorite. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the food comes out out fresh and hot every time. Never greasy!!

They didn’t get my order right so Estella said She wrote my name my number and my order # number down. So I went back and spoke to Amer (rude) and didn’t not believe me! I gave him the order # and got crusty old potatoes. But first he made me drive home for the receipt. When I called today he said I dont have a boss Im MANAGER! Everyone has a boss! So then he hands the phone to Adolfo … So I guess we will See. Dont think I will ever go there again! Bad Service, old food as well as BAD atmosphere!

I usually love going to this Popeyes. However, I doordashed tonight and while I was eatting my mashed potatoes. I found hair that was not mine I have long hair and this hair is too short to be mine. This is absolutely disgusting and a sanitary issue. Highly upset and will be avoiding this Popeyes in the future. I don’t tend to complan as I work in the service industry myself, but this is a health code violation.

The older gentleman working nights at the drive thru is absolutely the most kind man i’ve met in a long time. He actually makes my day a little better with his kindness. Whenever i need sauces for a doordash order i placed (i like the hot sauce packets in the mac and cheese) i’ve always been able to call the store and ask they throw them in my order as well. Store is amazing and goes above and beyond

This was the cleanest Popeyes I’ve ever been in. It wasn’t crowded and the team was super friendly. A+for service. The chicken however was waaaay over cooked but very full of grease and the rice and beans were very runny and biscuits were drenched in grease and hard. Brush up on the food quality and this place would be great.

Not to Shabby but I must say The Popeyes in North Chicago is the Goto for Louisiana chicken. This is a close second. But out here in Antioch we could on only think about North Chicago and picnicking at the lake. Washrooms clean. Manager was very courteous and even picked up after we ate .
